Horrible company. I currently live at 3121 middletown road, one of the Co-op’s within his network. This Is horribly ran. The building is currently in foreclosure, elevators are in questionable condition in which one is currently out of service, and the other is a fatality away from an efficient inspection/​repair. Heat, hot water and exterminator is inconsistent. If you like morning showers before work and like to stand naked in the back of the tub while the water is «showerable» or tolerable to freeze your nuts in– this building is for you. I heard rumors everything is past due and service on any scope is a lottery to obtain service. All other reviews are accurate cause I am a victim of their bullshit

This «company» is not rateable. By far some of the most dishonest, condescending, and inhumane people I have ever dealt with. The price of the rent is not worth the price of all the hassle we have been through with our 3 bedroom apartment. Every member of 309 North Avenue is unhappy and despises living in the building because the organization that owns and operates the building pays zero attention to their needs. Needs as simple as heat, hot water, and functioning windows. Stay far away from this group of individuals. They scam you into thinking you will be taken care of when the fact is all they want is their money and people to put up with their bull shit.
