This is a great facility with a terrific staff. The location has plenty of lighting and parking, and the parking is right at the entrance — VERY convenient and I always feel safe. The access hours are very great. Domenick is a real gem — he and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I love the cleanliness and accessibility. There are always carts available, and on the one occasion where there was not, Bonnie got me a cart within a few minutes. My brother and I have rented on several occasions — either 1 or 2 units. Each time the staff made the paperwork easy, helped me find a unit that I liked and that was affordable. Communication and regular email notifications was also convenient. I highly recommend Safeguard Self Storage New Rochelle. It was great being able to access my stuff at 10:00 PM, and feeling safe at the same time. Thank you, Domenick!

Excellent customer service. Dom and Bonnie are always extremely professional and helpful with any request I’ve ever had. Convenient location right off I95. Covered entranceway to avoid any inclement weather when unloading your vehicle with items. Place is clean & well maintained. Way better service in my experience than other storage centers.
