Starbucks

This Starbucks is relatively busy with average to long lines, especially during peak hours. My biggest issue is the lack of indoor seating. It does have off-​street parking and an outdoor patio area.

Every morning there’s a long line. I try everyday to get a cup of coffee and a scone. It’s impossible to get in and out. The employees work in slow motion. I end up leaving. This morning stood on line for 8 minutes. I was 3^rd. I was still standing in the same spot. I walked out. They need to find employees like the westchester mall Starbucks. They work quick and get you in and out in minutes. In this day and age it is not acceptable to run a business this way.

Coffee is always great at Starbucks! What stands out here is the friendliness and great customer service. Lori goes the extra mile for me as a customer and that means a lot to me. I think this will be my regular Starbucks

WHYYY do I keep putting myself through this? Today I returned to the Starbucks to get coffee for my wife and cousins, yet again the same boy there with his little attitude messed up the order for the 50^th time. We ordered a gingerbread latte no whip cream, and he put whipped cream. OMG then my vanilla ice coffee, he even messed up that! Then when asked for a correction, the snarl of an attitude is then given to us, he simply added vanilla syrup to a cup then proceeded to pour it in my coffee, with the motions of as if he was being bothered.

Lemme start off and say this Starbucks is located in a shopping center, decent location. My here experience here however EACH time is always not good, the staff here act careless and WHEN they make a mistake on your order and you correct them there’s always some sort of eye rolling following it. I’ve come here for the third day in a row and either the cashier has no clue what your drink entails (HINT) «don’t tell me you don’t make a certain drink when it’s right there behind you on the menu!» TURN AROUND AND READ. Further more making a coffee isn’t to to hard, listen and make what is ordered by the customer, NO WHIPPED CREAM, means no WHIPPED CREAM, Peppermint Mocha, mean Pepper Mocha not peppermint mocha without the peppermint. I think the actual manager on staff needs to train his or her staff a little me and have them familiarize themselves with the Starbucks menu.

Ok, ok, so I went back only because I was in the area. There seem to have been changes in the staff and this bunch is way better! I’ve been back several times after my positive experience and am completely satisfied. They are friendlier and the drinks are always right. Will keep you posted.

The partners are amazing. They always know what i want even if i don’t. They are always giving me knew thins to try. And they are just a happy group of people. I love this Starbucks its the best in Westchester.

Stopped by this location the other day. Not my normal Starbucks. Whoa. To begin, as I waited on the long line, there was a gentleman behind the counter openly complaining to the cashier about his job. He literally stood there and «watched the line» for 10 minutes. Finally, he walks out from behind the counter and heads toward the front door. Another customer actually stops and asks him to help and he replies, «oh no, I need a cigarette.» What?! Is he kidding? No.
I finally order a green iced tea unsweetened. After another 10 minutes I get a black iced tea. No worries, it’s busy. Before taking a sip I explain to the server that I ordered a green iced tea. This guy takes it out of my hand, dumps it in a sink, pours a news drink in the same plastic cup, and drops it on the counter. Never said 1 word. It’s still on the counter. Didn’t even ask for my money back. It gets better…
As I walk out it notice the first guy (who left to smoke) having a cigarette (or 2 – 3 cigarettes as at least 15 minutes has passed) on this outdoor patio on the side of the Starbucks. He’s still complaining about his job, loudly, to a customer sitting at a table! I assume this location lacks any management. Scary stuff. Avoid.

One of my favorite Starbucks to go too. The baristas are super friendly, even when it’s busy, and the drinks are always delicious.

conveniently located in a plaza with a CVS! well lit facility with clean wooden tables and a spacious outdoor patio.

Pretty good crew large with soft chairs. People here are ok i am here in the morning for an hour and midday for lunch. Lori is the manager she’s a sweetheart.

Warming up to these guys a little bit now that we’re getting to know each other. But still pretty middle of the road as far as Starbucks go.

Very odd to me that there aren’t any reviews for this Starbucks yet. As a former barista for the company, I give this location 3 Stars. I’ve been there several times in the middle of the day during down times and was not impressed by how messy the condiment bar was. The staff however has always been very friendly every time. There’s outside seating closed off from the rest of the shopping center, which is nice during warm days.

This is my work Starbucks – the one I sneak out to when I can during the work day. It frustrates me that not a single barista here can properly make my drink (Iced Americano). I do not understand what the problem is. I don’t know why I continue to bother coming, other than I have to expect one day one of them will figure it out. The more I come here, the more I appreciate my home Starbucks in Darien. I have come to the conclusion that Darien is actually the best Starbucks anywhere around.
I just came from this Starbucks. I had such a horrible experience, I had to come on Unilocal and downgrade my rating from a 2 to a 1! It must be the worst location anywhere a around. With two people ahead of me in line, it took 15 minutes to get a venti iced Americano! I have no idea what was going on behind that counter, but it can be easily encapsulated with the term «ineptitude!»
At one point, after all sorts of people who came in after me were walking out with their drinks, I politely asked the barista, «did a venti iced Americano get lost in the mix back there?» She looked at me like a deer in headlights and said, «um, nope, it’s coming right up!» OK…
She then proceeds to knock over the plastic stand of scoops and they go flying everywhere. Instead of letting one of the other FIVE people «working» behind the counter, SHE – the ONLY one making drinks – stops to pick up the scoops, take then in back and come back out with a fresh set to put up.
I finally get my drink. I go to the counter for my half & half – empty! I go right back to her, less polite this time, «do you have any more half & half?» For this, however, she doesn’t stop making beverages. Instead, she beckons someone else, «So and so, floor check!» Five minutes later, someone brings out three new thermoses.
This marks my LAST visit to this place! I guess no more runs to Starbucks from work…

This Starbucks is my favorite because I love the patio! The staff here is friendly and always wearing a smile. Easy parking and they make my drinks and food just the way I like it. I will continue to go there and enjoy my drinks in the patio as long as the weather is nice.

The products at this Starbucks are the same as every other Starbucks out there. But the reason I gave this place 4 stars is the outdoor seating area. It’s big and open with about 7 – 8 tables.
There is also a parking lot, so you don’t have to bother with street parking!
