Tom Nash Snow Removal

Nash plowed my driveway several times last winter. I called him several times and left several voice messages saying I wanted to make sure I was on his customer list. I never heard anything back so I figured I’d be OK. He never showed the morning after the storm. After calling him numerous times, finally around mid day he answered his phone. He said he didn’t do my driveway because I didn’t call him to get on «his list». I told him I thought that was odd since I left him several voice messages. He said he’d send over his crew. Many hours passed and I again, I started calling him repeatedly, until finally around 5:00 he answered his phone. When I asked him where his guys were, he said that he said he had forgotten about me. He said he’d send them over. When I asked if I could expect them within the next hour or two hours, he wouldn’t commit and said he’d «do his best.» Twenty minutes later he called me back to tell me that his crew quit for the day. I asked if he could recommend anyone else to do the job. He gave me two numbers. The first one just rang with no voicemail. The second guy said he’s be «right over.» That was over two hours ago and now its dark.
