Online Stores hides behind a 14 day return policy that refuses to deal with defective merchandise. I ordered a large pool float in January, but didn’t inflate it until May when it was actually warm enough to use it. It deflated immediately. Because it had been ordered in January, it made no difference that it had remained in the sealed box until the first inflation, that it was defective when opened. It was after their 14 day period, so I was stuck with a defective purchase. I ordered through Amazon, so I now know to be very cautious about vendors on Amazon. I have ordered a variety of items over several years from Amazon, and this is the first experience I have had where the seller refused to stand behind their product. I will never do business with them again.

Took 3 days before they even shipped then another 7 – 10 days to receive it. They told me what do you want you ordered with Economy shipping. What Economy shipping has to do with 3 days of proctrastinating. I bought from their online store. Their price is not special. They used to be good but now, I can see that their shipping times went up dramatically. Just go with . I have not shopped from for 2 years due the quality of their teas fading back then but wanted to give them benefit of a doubt again but long shipping from the start really kills any impression whatsoever.

DONOT purchase from this company. If I could give them less than one star, I would. I ordered 20 Hawaiian flag patches from them. After charging my account, I received an e-mail informing me that the items were out of stock. They offered partial shipping or exchanging for another item. None of these options worked for me because I needed these items in their entirety and on time for an upcoming event. Within moments of receiving the e-mail, I responded indicating that I would need a refund. Hours went by within no response. I then received an e-mail stating that my incomplete order had been shipped. Why would they offer me alternative options if they were just going to ignore my e-mail? After sitting on hold for 20 minutes, a rude customer service representative finally picked and stated that they didn’t receive my response in time. Really? Even though I responded seconds after receiving their e-mail? They saw the e-mail. They just didn’t want to honor my refund. I’ve had to file a claim just to get them to move forward. Absolutely terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money or time.

Terrible company. Buyers beware!!! Ordered Carhartt jacket from their affiliate company on dec. 6th for my brother’s bday which was dec. 18th. It never showed up and by the 1st of the new year I started calling trying to find out where the coat was. The first time I was told that they would have an answer for me by the end of their business day via email. 7 days later and I still hadn’t received an email. Called again and was told they would have an answer for me by the end of their business day again. 3 days later I finally get an email notifying me that the jacket is out of stock and should be back in stock by Jan. 14th! No respectable company would take over a month to notify a customer that their product is out of stock. I consider that completely unacceptable. Not to mention it ruined my surprise bday gift for my brother. After doing a bit of research, it turns out that this same company had tons of websites and is a notorious drop-shipper of products. Other sites by the same company include some sort of flag website as well as . Highly recommend avoiding any of their companies. What a headache!
