This review listing is for the stretch of US395/​I-​580 through Washoe Valley. Some how Unilocal changed the listing title to department of transportation! People review freeways all the time right? So anyhow, here’s the update: This stretch of road is being repaved now and will not be complete till the end of Oct 2015. The last time the pavement was replaced was 2004, just re-​surfacing since then, but no pavement replacement. So, the road is closed down to one lane each way evenings till early morn and all weekends … that backs it up, so take the frontage road if you can, you’ll avoid the backup. The road will be all super smooth and nice for high speed travel when finished just in time for winter! If you drive this road, leave a review here!
