this is by far the worst pool company, do not buy from them, do not get an estimate, save yourself a ton of trouble. the contractor Renhack & Renhack (HACKS) was hired from Orange county pool, they were hired to excavate the area. The quote given was upped 3 times before they were asked to leave, They were 2 weeks late from when they said they were coming to start, they destroyed the lawn, damaged the new PVC fence and left the yard in extremely poor shape. When Orange county pools was called to assist they quoted «thats why we have insurance» they have now been removed from the project and will have to be handled by an attorney, Stay away, they are very nice when you first meet them and they give off a nice vibe that makes you want to buy from them, its all an act, they get the money and thats all they care about. the new contractor has to repair what they did level and gravel the area, plus the cost for the proper job to be done. Hope this helps anyone in the orange county area looking for a pool.

I bought my pool from OC Pools about 4 years ago. These people are always there for you. They always have the time, patience and inside scoop to make pool ownership a pleasure. We enjoy a great time in the summer in our sparkling clean pool thanks to the folks at OC Pools.
