Seriously look around and consider this review before giving them your business.
Worst Business experience ever.
Two service workers came to open my pool May, 17 2015.
20 minutes later one of the service people were at my door asking for the payment. They hand me an invoice which has handwritten instructions on how to open a pool. The instructions are for the service people. One of the things it said was, «don’t forget to collect the money».
The person tells me to turn on my pump in an hour, all work was done. I asked if they were returning for a vacuum, they had no idea and left. I went out to turn it on and my return was still plugged, the hoses were barely on and not clamped and the hoses were hooked up backwards. My cover was bunched up into a big mess on my lawn with dirty/​wet leaves all in my pool and all over my back yard. This wonderful experience only cost me $ 350.00. Owner named «Billy» texted me back and said «clearly two guys who are not ready to be on their own yet» he texted me that night stating he will issue me a full refund. Its 6÷8÷15 and still nothing.
The following Tuesday, to my surprise, the check I issued in the beginning gets cashed. I called the owner and he replies «my guys showed up to do the job» so «I can’t give you a refund.» He tells me to fill out a form? Tells me basically small claims court form.
Meanwhile I contacted Orange County Pools in Middletown who referred me to Patriot pool services and they were not helpful at all. Basically telling me that they refer people to the company and that’s it. They have no part in it.
After this happened Patriot pool services replies that he will refund the money «in a day or two». 6÷8÷15… Nothing
Then a week after that, I get a reply that the check is in the main and might take «a week or two» because its coming from the company payroll department. 6÷8÷15 Nothing! !
What a joke. I’m out 350 dollars. I have all pictures and paperwork saved and I saved all the correspondence between the company. Please contact for pictures and further detail.
