I have been using this pharmacy branch since it first opened to replace a much smaller version right up the street. The store has always had a great selection of products, as well as knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. However, there appears to be something going on behind-the-scenes, which is showing in the quality of the store. The wait times for prescriptions have become very slow, as the other reviewers explain. The days of «Have a seat and it’ll be ready in 10 minutes» or «Stop back in 15 – 20 minutes» are over. Now, the wait times are usually several hours. If you are shopping in the store, there is usually only one cashier working, and good luck finding help out on the floor if you have a question about something.

The Waiting Game The pharmacy is very slow. If you have a script to fill, prepare to wait. They usually only have one cashier in the front, so it can also be wait. They do have a good selection, but be prepared to pay.

Being originally from NYC I love Rite Aid but I find that other chains in the area prepare my prescriptions much faster. This location is almost always empty so it’s always a quick in and out unless you have a prescription, in that case come back in three hours.
