I was searching for a special dress that I could wear on various occasions. Weddings, funerals, boat launch on Boca… You know, the perfect dress!
Thanks to the magnificently intuitive sales consultant, I found a lovely pale grey frock. A Sleeveless dress, cut on the bias, with a stylish wrap! I have worn Donna Karan for 18 years and this designer has never failed to please. Often I do find that some of the pieces have too much fabric and are just too engulfing for my small frame. Nonetheless, I found the perfect dress!!!
A fantastic experience, and I will return on each trip to NYC!

I cannot ask for a better shopping experience. The sales staff are amazing, full of knowledge and help. Their sale section is never cluttered or picked apart. The store is impeccably merchandised, and DK can do no wrong in my eyes as far as design goes.
I was unable to find boots in my size at this location. The salesman was so wonderful, he called until my size was found and had them transfer it to their shop so that I could try them on. He promptly called me to let me know they were in, and I bought them on the spot. That is awesome customer service.
He happened to be the most reliable man I have ever met in NYC (Le sigh).
