Edible Arrangements

Great customer service! They didn’t have the arrangement I originally picked out on the website but they called me to help put together an amazing bouquet of deliciousness. Andrew was wonderful! Extremely accommodating and they called before delivery to assure someone was home. Thank you for everything! You made my friends day!

Boo. Boo. Boo. Customer service sucks. Delivery never came so I had to pick up. No accountability. Horrible. Edible arrangements is too expensive not to have its shit together

Terrible customer service.
I ordered one pick-​up arrangement on ⁴⁄₁₃ for my colleguage’s birthday. When I came to the store, the girl asked for my ID to confirm my identity (!) I showed her my insurance card with my name on it but she insisted on a photo ID. I’m foreigner and only have my passport as ID which I do not always bring together with me if I dont feel necessary. In addition I thought it was one quick pick up I did not bring the Passport with me. I told her I have the credit card that I used to pay for the arrangement with my name on it but she refused to listen. She told me that is the procedure of the store even though there was no such instruction mentioned in the order confirmation. C’mon it ‘s just some fruits. Am I even required to bring my ID as if I’m consuming alcohol??? And does the store procedure have anything to do with me? As least they should have mentioned that in the confirmation email. There is no way I know I need an ID before picking up. Is this a very New York thing??? The other man in the store jumped in the conversation. Luckily he told me that my credit card with my name on it is enough because the requirement is to avoid people who stole credit card and used it wrongly!!! So what if I ordered it to a friend’s house and used my own credit card. They cannot confirm whether the payer used any fraudlent credit card or not. Isn’t it enough that they could confirm my name on my insurance card? Why they need my ID with picture? I don’t understand the way they treat their customer at all. This store people have no brain I’m afraid…

Perfect gift to bring to a holiday dinner or to send to people /​vendors for the holiday…
I’ve ordered from a couple locations and this particular location has been amazing with input on which Edible arrangement would be best for dinner occasions and gifts …
Last year they were a huge help in getting a last minute arrangement on Christmas Eve and even delivered close to their closing time when I was running behind schedule getting ready for a dinner.
The only downside is that — partly my misjudgment — order larger than you think you will want as I didn’t visualize the size properly and wished I had ordered a larger size …
The party hosts loved the arrangement last year and I’ve had compliments from those who I have sent as an office gift/​delivery, and the one I did see /​deliver personally was a beautiful decoration and delicious part of our dessert.

Very fresh fruits)))) I love this store they work very good !!! Very good service, they gave to try Strawberries with chocolate.

This was my first time ordering at Edible Arrangements. My husband has been talking about how he never had an arrangement before, and he always wanted to try. So for our Anniversary, I decided to order him one. The overall experience was so easy and yummy. I received a telephone call the day of my delivery to say the order was on its way, and also when the driver dropped it off with our doorman. I thought it was GREAT and that you went above and beyond. The arrangement looked amazing, and tasted just as it looked. Great presentation and fruit was to perfection… fresh and delicious. We greatly enjoyed it! Thank you so much and will highly recommend you and send as gifts too.

I love Edible Arrangements. They always deliver same day and their fruit arrangements are yummy and fresh. I called their 800 number at about 3pm and they used this store to deliver a fresh fruit and chocolate covered fruit bouquet a couple of hours later to my sister in law who just had surgery that morning. The Get Well baskets come well wrapped and look beautiful.
