Don’t every call this company for a rental. Milton Cortes called a property he already knew I had a application on and gave my name to the management agent stated I was his client. The company denied me the apartment, because they thought I was trying to use two real estate agents. Then when I called him to ask if he did this he denied it and was unprofessional and rude.

The person I met with was late and did not have any apartments ready for my viewing. I detailed which apts from online I wanted to see and what my price range was in advance and she was making phone calls to superintendents as my boyfriend and I sat there. Overall an hour later we go to see some apartments after expressed how displeased I was. We took a cab to view 4 apartments in the 190s and before wrapping up in apt #4 she asked me to pay the cab back?
This place is unorganized, unprofessional, mismanaged and very shady. I would never go back here and foresee them not lasting very long. To bad we can’t give them a letter grade like restaurants!

They had some great listings on Craigslist, so we called and went around to some apartments with the realtor. Not only was it a bait-​and-​switch, but the realtor showed us, almost exclusively, apartments that were out of our price range.
That said, terrible service is basically par for the course with NYC realtors. My advice is to skip the broker if you can.

I’m glad things have changed! But remember, all the positive reviews came a year after mine. Things can change!
