Not the best yogurt in town, but overall it’s good, clean and fresh. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Don’t forget to use your student discount and enter your loyalty card to get points.

This yogurt place is a few blocks frm my apartment and pacifies my sweet tooth cravings guiltfree. if u exclude the calories frm d toppings. Nice collection if flavors. They switch some around every week. And they have smoothies and shakes. Hours are convenient. Staff pleasant. They do deliver as well. The best deal I ran into was 10 ISD for 2 large pre-​filled quarts. Recommend– brownie fudge yogurt! YUMMMM

Really good frozen yogurt, with lots of choices of flavors and toppings. They have a loyalty program which has benefits that add up quickly. Every few visits I seem to get $ 5 off my purchase. A great treat! I like chocolate with coconut.

Beware!!! This place used to be really clean and well run. I am here now. One of the workers grabbed the bag of animal a crackers from the cabinet and while carrying back into the kitchen area, was eating it with her hands out of the bag
That is unsanitary and I bet you the city would definitely consider it a health code violation

FLAVORS: pumpkin, salted caramel, coconut, vanilla Tahiti, chocolate, and more. The usual toppings like gummy bears, kiwi, mango, strawberry, blueberries, chocolate chips, etc. I got the coconut, chocolate, and vanilla with some fruit toppings. Mango to go with coconut. Strawberry to go with chocolate. And kiwi to go with vanilla.
They let you do samples, but the guy has to get it for you. Glad he wears gloves.
SEATING: good amount of seating and more in the left back area with a TV, which was great because the football game was on. Poster says they do birthday science parties which amazes me because I don’t see much space.
Bathrooms is one toilet room. Outside chairs too.
PAY: by weight. One cashier is for cash and the other is for debit or credit.
OVERALL: Standard yogurt place, but well done.

The mirror between flavors is awkward, leaving us wondering where the other 8 flavors were. An absolute clusterfluff of moms & daughters outside, with a friendly sample guy inside that can’t possibly be a sustainable dedicated staff line.

As far as frozen yogurt goes-​this place rules above all. My daughter had to go to the bathroom so we stopped in for her to pee and boy am I glad we did. This place was the tops.
The measurement of how much yogurt determines the price. I tried all the flavors before i purchased which the sales people saw and didn’t mind. I ended up getting the «Salted Caramel.» Do yourself a favor and do the same. Amazing.
Everyone there was really friendly and the patrons were all happy. This place rocks and rolls. Check it out. It was our first time and we’ll definitely go back.
My daughter Olivia and I were joking about getting more. «I want a gallon more,» I said. «I want 100 gallons!» Olivia said. «I want a billion gallons!» I replied. «I want a million!» She said, thinking that a million is more than a billion.
It was all a really good experience and if you haven’t had it yet, stop what you’re doing at try it.

Exactly what you want from a frozen yogurt place. Inventive flavours (which actually taste good — graham cracker was amazing!) and a good selection of toppings (more than Pinkberry) but not so many that they felt stale/​unnecessary. I was also pleasantly surprised with my $ 8 price. Will be back!

After moving to the West Side, I’ve become a regular here! I’m a fan of the self serve and the choice of flavors. Some taste like soft serve ice cream and the others have more of a tangy yogurt taste. One of my friends is vegan so it’s nice that they have dairy free options. The place can get crowded but it’s not overwhelming. Also love that they are open super late.
Definitely get the reward card if you’re planning to become a regular like me!

I am a huge of 16 Handles ever since they started popping up in NYC. This location has many flavors, is always up to date has some outside seating, has space to sit inside. The staff is helpful and the flavors are plentiful! Ohhhh 16 Handles how I wish I could quit you!
Seriously awesome location! Also sign up for their email/​card they reward with points to use on your birthday and randomly will add points. I feel from all the NYC frozen yogurt places this is the best chain. Price + Value. I’m a BOB (baller on a budget) and this place fits that budget criteria.

My dairy-​free coco and mango are singing out to me like a siren to a sailor. Yes dear I am going to crash with the best of them… after I add some wet cashews.

This place is always packed inside and outside.
It is okay. Anticipate scattered folk to turn around quickly and change their minds. Guard your goodies. That little kid is going to make a mess. Side step. Get out. and enjoy scoop after scoop of blissful coolness.

Pretty good frozen yogurt shop, had some new innovative flavors that I really liked such as their Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. The toppings were kept clean and refilled, and had some decent variety of sweets and fruity. I went for the Graham Cracker froYo topped with strawberries, peanut butter, and Heath Bar… it was great! Cashier was very friendly and helped me to quickly sign up for the frequent customer program. Only reason I would take away a star is because of its cost… but for NYC you really come to expect things to be a bit more. Overall, great shop, and ill definitely be returning! Only great froyo place I’ve found high up on the UWS (there aren’t very many).

Awesome flavor selection. I highly recommend the Graham Cracker Froyo with cheesecake bites. Divine. Super crowded though. We went on a day when the place was flooded with kids, so it felt a bit hectic, haha.

Neat for kids. Basically a self-​serve build your own ice cream Sunday restaurant. Sunday is priced based on weight. Seating is limited. There’s a small back area with a flat screen tv playing cartoons. We did the smallest possible Sunday’s as we could for our young kids and two of them came out to almost $ 9. Tons of toppings to choose from.

Very expensive yogurt ! (we are used to 35 to 37 cents an oz., here close to 60 an oz.) in an excellent environment.
Friendly staff.
They have comfortable seats and a LARGE TV in the back.
Clean.
Nice restrooms.

I am a big fan of self serve frozen yogurt. Yogurtland is my favorite place for frozen yogurt in the country. 16 Handles is my favorite in New York City. As the name implies, you pull a handle to get as much frozen yogurt as you want. Then, you go over to the topping bar to add to the yogurt (e.g. candy, fruit, etc.). My personal favorite flavors are cookies and cream, pistachio, and chocolate love affair. The fruit flavors are also great.
