I have had service performed here in the past and was generally happy with them. Sometime in the past year, the owner or manager seems to have changed. I recently visited for service and received nothing but attitude from they guy running the shop. I thought perhaps this was an anomaly, so I left and went back the following week. When I arrived, the same manager was busy berating another customer, so I figured things weren’t looking good. Remembering me from the week before, he starts up again. I left. Skip this place, try the Shell station on 117th and 1st.

Quick, friendly and reasonable service when I pulled into 1st Ave Auto the other day with a slow leak in one of my tires. The fix was $ 15, and the technician showed me the steps he took to fix it. The whole thing took only about 15 minutes, but I was lucky because there wasn’t a wait when I got there.
They also do auto repairs and oil changes. I’ll be back the next time I need auto service in the city.
