I took my MacBook to this authorized Apple Resellers for repairs. When the owner told me it would cost $ 700 to repair, I decided to take it back. But he could not find it! I’ve been back at least 7 or 8 times and he promises to look but never finds it. I think he refurbished and sold it or used for parts. I don’t know what recourse I have other than small claims court which I’m pursuing.
This man is the most dishonest merchant I’ve ever dealt with.

I had an issue with my Mac laptop. A Mac Genius said 700+ dollars. Flat Rate. The end.
Went here the problem was fixed for 130. Haven’t had a problem since.
The gentleman who helped me was nice, understanding, and did what he said he would do and didn’t add fees or other surprise costs.
I don’t even care if I have apple care I’m going here.

I spilled a small amount of coke on my laptop, resulting in a whirring sound, but no other glitches. I took it to the Apple store, who said it would be a $ 700 flat rate no matter what amount of liquid spilled. 3H charged me $ 130 and I had it back in a day. Customer for life.

I went to them as they appear to be more of a friendly neighborhood place rather than a rip off and run joint or could care less last man standing (Big Buy) place. Sure enough my screen was not working due to a power problem form the motherboard. Accordingly, as the computer was over 2 years old they — rightly — advised it was better to just buy a new computer. I’ll go there again.
