This dental office gets one star from me for its cleanliness and short waiting time. I had the worst experience here. I was told that I had 5 cavities, 2 of which were so deep that I would need 2 root canals. I had the 3 smaller cavities filled during 1 appointment. The dentist gave me a novocaine injection in my upper pallet and immediately started drilling. I was uncomfortable and upset during the whole procedure and he never checked in to make sure I was okay. I also had a «cleaning» but they didn’t scrape my teeth or anything. I left the office with blood clots between all of my teeth.
I had a bad feeling about this dentist so I saw a different dentist for the 2 root canals. The new dentist told me that I was not even close to needing root canals and that I was taken advantage of. He also told me that he has never heard of a dentist using a palatal novocaine injection for 3 small cavities. This dentist is a masochist and I believe that he was attempting to perform unnecessary procedures on me because I am a Medicaid recipient. They also refused to give me digital copies of the X-​rays that were taken. Avoid this place at all costs!
