If rude staff and watered down drinks are your thing then you might like this place.
I have attended a charity event here for 2 years running but will not be going a 3^rd time. The location itself is nice and the food is pretty good but that’s it.
A lot of people at the event had the same complaints. The staff are so unbelievably rude and unprofessional (mostly the senior staff) I just can’t understand how they even have jobs.

Beautiful space.
Horribly water downed drinks. Bartenders are friendly and honest about the drinks being watered down.
Appetizer and dessert were perfection. Entrée took forever to come out and was absolutely disgusting.
Do not sit near the balcony in the dining room. Servers will not make an attempt to tend to you if you need anything. Very awkward space — they should really re-​think placing tables there. You literally become trapped and a nuisance to others at the table.
Don’t think I would come here again.

Really unimpressed with this venue: came here for husband’s work party and it was probably one of the worst event venues I have been to in this city.
The space itself is beautiful, the lighting was gorgeous. The DJ they provided was lame and played weird dated music the whole night.
The food was basically inedible, the «asian-​themed station» was panda-​express quality food and brought back college memories of eating Chinese junk food. The fish station smelled super fishy and I had to throw oysters away after tasting one because there was something funky about it.
Also, they have a weird liquor license and at the party they only had champagne, wine and the mixed drinks could only be 20% alcohol. Not a big deal to majority, but I am on the special low carb diet, where the only alcohol I can have is hard liquor, so no hard liquor meant I could drink nothing.
In short, this was a typical Upper East Side venue: beautiful décor and lighting but service and food leaves you desiring for more.

Fire alarms went off during the ceremony. Kept going off for 10 minutes. The bride was nearly in tears.
Staff is unprofessional and rude.

The space is acceptable for an event but the service was deplorable. Besides employing argumentative and inept servers, the venue takes a defensive and threatening stance against its customers. Look elsewhere.

This place does things with class. I attended a benefit auction here for the school at which I work. The service, food, and décor were exquisite. The only reason I did not give this venue a 5 is because I have no idea what it costs to rent it, but if it is reasonable…5 stars!

I attended a business holiday party there a few weeks ago and I have to say I was very impressed. The moment you walk in you feel like you’re some place special. The food was delicious. The staff was very attentive, it sometimes felt like you were constantly being interrupted to try some hor d’oeuvre (a good thing!) Overall a great experience.
