90 William St Developemnt

I moved to this building on February 1^st and I can say that the building staff is top notch. They are all so courteous, helpful, and friendly. Freddy, the building superintendent, keeps us informed of any building issues through Building Link and addresses any concerns in a timely fashion. The concierge/​doormen, Richie, Cruz, Jason, Edwin late at night, and even the new guy Phillipe are all so sweet; they open the doors when I arrive/​leave, let me know if I have packages or dry cleaning, help me carry heavy items, hail cabs, the list goes on. And, even the assistants/​porters Alex, Miguel, and Bogda have all been so nice and keep the building so neat and tidy. I moved from 95 Wall St. where the management and staff was absolutely horrible, which is why I value the staff here so much and feel it is important to recognize their good work. I love my unit too, very spacious and the kitchen is great. The lounge and rooftop are quite nice as well, small, but very nice and modern. And, although I’ve only moved a few blocks from where I was before, I feel like I am in a much better location than before. This building is very close to several groceries, Zeytuna, Jubilee and Gristedes, and steps away from tons of restaurants and bars. The only things I don’t like about the building is that there are no washer/​dryers in the unit (ugh), but I knew that before I moved in, and the units are not well-​insulated for sound. They have also had some issue with regulating the water temperature, but that has not bothered me much at all really. That said, for the reasons stated above, I would highly recommend this building to anyone.
