DONOTUSETHISCOMPANYIFYOUHAVE A CHOICE!!! This is by far the most incompetent, unreliable, moronic company I’ve ever had the opportunity to deal with. Not only did they fail to show up to fix my washing machine for the 3rd time, the had the gaul to call and«confirm that I had canceled my appointment!» The one thing you have to keep in mind is that every time an appointment was scheduled it was at least 3 weeks in advance and because of the location(my w/d is located in a bathroom closet) I would have to remove everything out of the bathroom and remove the doors. This was a warranty service call through Home Depot. The details are that I have a stacked washer/dryer unit and they needed to send 2 men to perform the call. The first time they only sent 1 person and he «didn’t have time!» The second time the gentleman agreed that he couldn’t do it alone, even if I offered to help. The third time, scheduled 1 month in advance, I made sure to speak directly with a «manager» who assured me the ticket was filled out properly.

I will also never do business with them. I called 2 weeks ago to get an appointment. The day before I called and confirmed the appoitment. My boyfriend had to take a day off from work to be home all day and they never showed. Also they never called to tell us that they were not coming. When I called to ask where they were they said that it had been rescheduled and offered me another appointment two weeks away. When I asked for a manager the woman replied that she was a manager and gave me a robotic and insincere«sorry the mixup». I called Kitchen Aid and complained about them and I am seriously concidering opening a case with the BBB. That was a total waste of our very limited time.

Good service, tho they give you an 8 – 5 time window, so you have to stay home a long time. Fixed our oven with warranty.
