I rely a bit too heavily on computer consultants — I never want the «fishing pole,» just the fish. Adept Computing listens to what I need to do, then does it. And it works! This should not be as rare as it is, but anyone who has used computer consultants as long as I have (15+ years), knows that there are way too many people who claim to know how to solve your computer issues, then many hours and too many dollars later, you are no better off than when you called them. Adept is fast, efficient, and they know what they’re doing. I rely on them so much, in fact, that when I moved to California a few weeks ago, I kept using them. It’s simple to do remotely these days (who knew?). They ensured my switch from PC to Mac and Outlook Express to Gmail was painless. I am SO grateful.
