My experience here was great! The shoes are a little pricey, but they sometimes have good sales! I was given so many different types of shoes to try on, and the clerk was very helpful, friendly, and patient as I tried to find my perfect pair.
I guess she did a good job, because I left with three. :)

The selection wasn’t very good, although that could be due to the small size of the store. The saleswoman near the door was too engrossed in a conversation to ask if I needed any help, but the woman near the cash register asked me and she was very friendly.

The selection was okay – didn’t find what I needed, but the women who worked there were very helpful. I enjoyed talking to them a lot as I was perusing the shelves. So the 4 stars are definitely for the customer service!

I arrived there on a Friday evening looking for a pair of boots. I started looking around for a pair of boots and noticed no one bothered to offer their help even though the lady at the register was quite free. Then a caucasian lady walks in the store and the aerosole saleslady immediately shouted out a greeting and ran over to HER to offer her help. I felt quite offended at this discrepancy of service and will definitely NEVER visit this branch again.
VERY OFFENSIVE SERVICE! DO NOT VISIT!

Pretty good selection of shoes and very avid people working here. Hmm, I wondered why there were 5+ people working there in the middle of the day, but they were all prepared to help! Prices are fairly affordable.
