El año pasado quería tomar unas clases los días sábados y aunque no pude asistir sino a una sola clase y ya había pagado todo de una, nunca me devolvieron el dinero, honestamente no es tanto por la cantidad que se quedaron de mi dinero sino porque lo mismo que me hicieron a mi se lo hacen a otras personas, me digeron que esperará de 4 a 6 semanas y ya paso un año y siempre que llamo dicen que el cheque esta en proceso y hasta me preguntaron que si yo estaba viviendo dentro o fuera de los los Estados Unidos, obviamente las personas que solo vienen de turistas o con visas y pagan todo completo y tienen que cancelar por una razón u otra ellos así en el policy de ellos digan que te devuelven el dinero, eso nunca va a pasar. Las clases no son buenas desde mi punto de
pierdan dinero ni tiempo!!!

If you want to waste time and money, just go to this place. Staff is very rude, top to bottom, and teachers are criticizing, blaming and making fun of students, and when you find a good one, they cancel or change without any announce, and then you find yourself back with the teacher you hated.
When you go to your counselor about this, she is just as bad– and are SALESPERSONS, not counselors. They just are telling you you have to be with that teacher, and there is nothing you can do.

Worst school ever! Don’t waste your money and time here. There are accredited schools that can teach English in less time and for less. I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Escolham outra escola. A pior das piores. Os atendentes são mal educados, os agentes trabalham de má vontade. Sempre fazem confusão na hora de dar informações. Não recomendo. Fujam. Péssimo atendimento.

There is only 2 or 3 teachers that are worth it, the rest of the teachers doesn’t even correct the wrong pronunciation when you speak. What I really don’t like is that once you find a good teacher is not a guarantee that you are going to stay with that same teacher for the whole English course. The company keeps on changing teachers without notifying the students when they are signing up. Also, you don’t have the right to change your course on that week of the change forcing you to stay with the new teacher for that week and making you waste your money even if you don’t like the teacher. Quoting one of the teachers on a Friday morning «I am not going to be your teacher next Monday and the director doesn’t allowed me to tell you who the new teacher is going to be and you can not make any changes of your class on this week but you have to wait until the following week.» At least I have an US citizenship but I feel bad about new immigrants that doesn’t know their rights and are force to stay there for the Visa permit.

They don’t even try to teach English. Students go there just for updating their non-​immigration status.
