I just visited this office, and for the first time in 5 years having visited them I was asked for my insurance card. Despite the fact that I mentioned my insurance information had not changed, the old lady at the front desk insisted«everyone always says that, but their insurances always change». She asked me to have a seat, and after 20 minutes, she said that my insurance company(despite exclusively being a dental insurance company) was only providing me with health insurance. This after 20 minutes of watching her greet white and light skinned Latino customers with much better manners than my dark skinned self. After all the frustration, I told her I would make an appointment after speaking to my insurance company. I called my insurance and they confirmed nothing had changed in the years I had visited this dentist, and that the dentist should be able to bill a dental cleaning to them. I have decided this is not the dentist for me. And that in order for Dental Arts to continue doing business — they should consider taking a course in the art of customer service(especially the old fair skinned Latina lady manning the front desk) first.

SUPERFRIENDLY staff. Made my whitening experience awhile back worth every penny. Some how this doctor has the most beautiful staff working for him as well, not a bad thing when your all helpless in the chair. Drooling over them is ok, they were super nice, so long as they’ve got that suction stick !! :)
