Poor quality! Don’t waste your money! This review is for the products and their poor costumer service and not the store. I have purchased two months ago the«Elements Confetti Charm Cocktail Ring». Beautiful ring. After wearing it few times, both hanging charms fell. I exchanged the defected ring to a new one. And same thing happened with new ring!!! Both stones fell! Very disappointing. I have contacted costumer service few times, it took them a while(over a month!) to get back to me and tell me that they are sorry and that this ring is very delicate. I’m returning the ring and hopefully will get full refund. Won’t buy there again.

This is a review of the jewelry and the company as well as the location. I purchased over $ 1,000 worth of jewelry online plus over $ 1,200 more at one of their sample sales not to mention some other pieces at small stores. What a mistake! The magnets on the magnetic bracelets are not strong enough and the bracelets go flying off of your wrist. I bought a necklace I loved and the pendant fell off of it the second time I wore it. When I brought it back to the store, I was told that they couldn’t find me in their computer and that the jewelry wasn’t made to last more than a year so they wouldn’t repair it. Not COULD not, WOULD not. I said I was perfectly willing to pay for the repair — it was my fault I hadn’t come in sooner. They refused, citing that it is costume and is «not designed to last.» Really? AT $ 200 for a costume necklace I feel I should be able to wear it more than twice. The bracelets I had purchased at their online sale and they were final sale. I never even had the opportunity to inspect them and certainly would not have purchased them if I had been able to try them on first. The problem with the magnet was evident from the moment I put them on. This was an expensive lesson for me but I will NEVER purchase an Alexis Bittar item again.

The staff at Alexis Bittar stores is always friendly and approachable. They let you try on pieces, are well informed and helpful. And it goes without saying that Alexis Bittar makes the most unique jewelry, whether his trademark lucite or his new line of fine jewelry which is gorgeous. I highly recommend a visit, although you may end up buying ;)
