I found the prices here to be quite steep. After doing the calculation, I realized that the wash + fold service option isn’t actually that much more expensive than the self-service, so I opted for the former. Despite the poor reviews, I was actually really impressed with the service! My clothes came back very neatly folded. Nothing was missing (some of the other reviews really worried me), and the workers here are really sweet!

This place is super disorganized. Over the past 2 years I am always getting other people’s stuff, (towels, tshirts and socks) back with my wash and fold laundry. The recently lost 5 nice shirts, 2 lululemon pants, 1 bath mat. I can’t imagine that the stuff was taken intentionally but they have made no reparations for this. Stay away from this place.

This place is a nightmare. One of my shirts came back with a stain right in the middle of the back. When I showed them, they told me it was my fault. Next time I took my clothes back (which was a huge mistake) my favorite shirt came back ripped. They again claimed that I gave them the shirt in that condition which is absolutely false. I have never used any kind of service that has made me more frustrated and angry. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS– YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The people who work here are wonderful. Friendly, professional and work quickly. I have never had any of the issues mentioned in other comments here. Everything I’ve brought in, either for dry cleaning or the laundry service, has been returned to me on time and I have been pleased with the results.

THEY DESTROY CLOTHING! I sent three bags of laundry to them: a bag of towels, a bag of shirts to wash and press, and a bag of dry cleaning in a bag labeled «dry clean only.» Two days later I got everything back washed and folded. The shirts were all shrunk and my dry cleaning ruined. When I called them to complain, they were insistent it was my fault. This is best place if you want hundreds of dollars of clothes destroyed in a single wash.

The people working at this laundromat are really nice! They get my clothes cleaned quickly and reliably — always on time, nothing ever missing, everything perfectly matched and folded. I typically drop off and pick up, but have also used the dry cleaning services. Good neighborhood find.
Just be sure you have cash or meet the credit card minimum. I’ve heard that they are sticklers about that, even if you’re a regular.

Decently expensive. My laundrymat in my building broke down so came here. Not used to having to sit and watch your laundry which takes about an hour and a half. It’s 25 cents for 5 min of drying after paying 6 $ to wash! Not super busy but clean. Overall it’s not the worst place to wash your own laundry but expensive.

This is, seriously, the BEST laundromat. You can have them pick up your laundry and drop it off cleaned and folded the next day, for NO delivery fee (just tip the sweet guy who does the deliveries!!). The minimum for dropping it off in person or having them pick it up is $ 15. I think they charge $ 1/pound. They also do dry cleaning and have a full laundromat (I think it’s around $ 2.75 per load and 25 cents for every 5 minutes in the dryers — I find that the drop-off service is only very slightly more expensive). AND — bonus — when they washed my socks yesterday, they MATCHED them. I was almost in tears. The people are super nice. The delivery guy sings to me when he comes. I’m a huge fan.

This was a cool laundromat. I used it twice while I was visiting New York City. It’s a couple of blocks from the Guitar Center and near a Starbucks.
Both times, a very nice soul gave me some laundry detergent. I use about ½ of what most people use in a load unless it’s organic, so I didn’t require much. Much appreciated, though.
The couple working at this location are cool. I’m not very normal and they didn’t seem to mind one bit. Thanks.
