What a great little studio! The space is warm and welcoming and the instructors are super kind and helpful. I really liked the Gentle Flow class with Emma.

Alphabet is a hidden gem in the east village. It’s on a corner right across the park and you can see the trees from both practice rooms.
I go to Emma’s classes. She is an amazing teacher, very patient when you ask her a lot of questions (which I have a habit of doing) and her instruction is super clear. She also has a great soundtrack for each class which she mixes up which helps you take your mind off of the physical difficulty of some of the yoga poses.
Finally, it’s very affordable as compared to most studios in the area.
