Dr. Andrew Kornstein’s approach to beautifying a woman is like no other. I have been in the beauty industry for over 25+ years. Starting as a hair and makeup artist and rising through out my career as a Master Stylist/​Colorist, Technical director, Trichologist, Creator of Beauty Care products. I value Service, Sincerity, Creative Genius that has Mastered the skill of holding back (saying no to excessive procedures, pioneering services such as Ultherapy… I could go on), Listens intently to clients and helps to guide them to the right choice, Integrity, fantastic staff, and isn’t hard on the eyes. I was introduced to him through a friend that had raved about him. I went in for a consultation and had my first experience with him. I just went back to him for a birthday gift to myself. I told him that I didn’t have the money to fund a mini lift and fat graft as I am currently on a budget. I asked for filler. He suggested Ultherapy, then after a month he would use filler. (I had researched Ultherapy and had asked around on pricing, pain, down time a few weeks prior to coming to him).I told him that sadly I couldn’t afford Ultherapy, that I could barely afford filler, he asked my budget. When I told him my budget, he took me through the benefits of Ultherapy, showed me «before and after’s» then drew it out on my face… THEN he told me the price for not only my neck but my face as well. I welled up with tears! (he was gifting me).
I am sorry to be so long winded, but Dr Kornstein and his staff made my Birthday wish a Birthday gift! (I will be very upfront about the pain experience, it hurt like hell!) But, OMG! after a little time of pain and bruising I started to see changes daily in my face, my neck, my skin texture. my skin was rejuvenating, the little crinkliness on the apple of my cheek was dissipating, my lines about my lip were first inverting, then disappearing, neck line was redefining, everyday was a new surprise and after the third day of discomfort I didn’t care about the pain. Worth EVERY SINGLE THROBBING MOMENT! I came back for my check up a month later, he said I was ready for my fill. Now the genius part! He asked me what was the most annoying feature that I had to attend to (I was on a budget) I said my neck! I missed my jaw line and HATED my jowls (which were starting to snap back from the Ultherapy. He
game-​changed on me and filled my JAW! explaining that it would support my neck and let the next few months of Ultherapy be the most effective! He was giving me R.O.I. My jaw is that of my forty year old self currently… I am 51 years old… I will deny this once I have fully healed:) he then filled under and around my cheekbone; re-​sculpting and LIFTING my cheeks, the effect has smoothed out my laugh lines and started to lift up my descending lip! I called after a week and asked if I could come in. He inspected his work and asked what I thought. I told him that even though I was still swollen I was happy-​ish, he knew what I meant. I asked him to add a little more (he worked his magic to extend the precious filler wonderfully). He added a little more to my jaw line and my cheekbone. He gave me back my features without making me look pulled, puffed or plastic. The kicker: he is gifting me with a second pass of Ultherapy on my neck next month to finish me off! He has given me back 10+ years and I still ache a bit… but it will pass soon. My best advise to you is go in for a consultation, then go to two or three other surgeons… I bet you that you will come running back to him!

Dr. Kornstein is an exceptional surgeon who treats his patients like family. He has an outstanding aesthetic eye and yet, he always listens to his patient’s needs and concerns. Importantly, Dr. Kornstein has truly mastered the art of maintaining «natural» beauty for his patients, so that his work achieves the desired results of a youthful appeaarance in the most natural way! I have been a patient for over 15 years, and have had botox, fillers, and rhinoplasty, all of which have had exceptional results while maintaining a soft, natural look throughout. I have complete confidence in all he does, as Dr. Kornstein takes enormous pride in his work. You would be fortunate to have Dr. Kornstein as your cosmetic surgeon, as I have been for these many years!

I have been going to Dr. Kornstein for over 10 years. I suffer from chronic migraines which he treats with Botox injections. I have had spectacular success and am now mostly migraine free with none of the downside often associated with Botox. My expression remains natural. No one would ever guess. He’s also gentle and knowledgeable about a wide variety of medical procedures. I’ve met several of his patients who’ve had cosmetic surgery and they look INCREDIBLE. He is an artist. I highly recommend him for any sort of cosmetic procedure or migraine control.

I am currently 6-​months post op from breast augmentation and could not be happier. I am very satisfied with my results, but more than achieving my desired physicality, the service Dr. Kornstein and his staff provides is exemplary. Dr. Kornstein always listened and addressed all my concerns, regardless of how big, small, or frivolous they may have seemed. He understands while although he performs many procedures as a routine, for each individual patient, surgery is most likely not a familiar and frequent experience. I was most impressed by the fact that not only did Dr. Kornstein discuss my desired results, he gained an understanding of who I was as a person. This was important because on the day of my surgery, he suggested changing the type of implant I was scheduled to receive because he felt they would not deliver the aesthetic we had gone over and I would not be happy in the long run — despite the fact this change actually cost less and I was refunded the difference immediately. Lastly, Dr. Kornstein’s entire staff are all exceptional. They always made me feel calm and comfortable, were friendly, knowledgeable, and remembered me as a person — not just an appointment time. If I undergo any cosmetic surgery in the future, I would 100% return to Dr. Kornstein and I would also recommend him highly to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

They go above and beyond in this office. The staff is great– especially his nurse Patricia– she is with you every step of the way and is extremely patient. I highly recommend them.
