Andrew is the best. I have been to at least 3 other acupuncturists. He knows what he’s doing. His herbs are cheaper than what I have been getting charged. On to the needling… Hes so gentle. I barely feel anything and I don’t have a high tolerance for pain. He assesses your body each and every time. I have been to an acupuncturist before who just sticks the needles in the same place every time and doesn’t look at a tongue, feel a pulse-nothing! And to boot, he accommodates my schedule every single time. He’s so smart! I have an intellectual crush! You wont regret going to him. Bottom line. HE’S AMAZING. Just FYI, he makes a distinction between korean and chinese acupuncturists.

Andrew is a true emerging master with a gentle yet effective touch. I’ve been to more than a dozen acupuncturists in my life, and Andrew stands at the top. Its no accident, Andrew studied under Jeffrey Yuen, one of the foremost herbalists, and chinese medicine teachers in the U.S.(He also practices at the Chinatown Wellness Center). Andrew spends lots of time really getting to the root cause of my chronic health issues, and has developed an effective healing plan to support me. My wife goes to him too, and we swear by him. Andrew is super intuitive, and yet he goes to great lengths to demystify his treatment and make chinese medicine accessible to a westerner. His needling technique is remarkably smooth, rarely feel any pain or discomfort. The location is super convenient — in Tribeca, just a couple blocks from Chinatown. The Center itself is an inspiration — super clean, lots of light, gorgeous spiritual art from around the world, and an extensive bookstore connected to its teaching center.
