The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because my experience at the beginning was okay. I’ve never done my nails in here, but they do offer waxing services as well. The first time I came in here, I did my eyebrows with a young girl, probably in her early 20s, and she was nice. But after the second visit, I noticed that the staff started becoming rude. Not greeting me as I walked in, even after I smiled and said hello. They don’t ask how they can help you (so you’ll be sitting in a chair not knowing how long you’ll be waiting), and it upsets me. My pet peeve is terrible customer service. I’ve officially stopped going here, and got myself a new place to do my eyebrows at. Don’t go here if you expect to be treated like a paying customer.
