Beautiful Manhattan historic landmark built in 1899. Used to be a hotel but it’s now a condo building. Babe Ruth even used to live here. In the lobby there’s a little memorabilia cabinet with a signed baseball & a few other things from the early 1900s.
The security guards are always nice but I find it interesting how the hallways & elevator are not air conditioned. Can be dreadful on a hot day but it is an old building with a lot of history.
