I purchased a very expensive pair of Van Cleef & Arpel earrings from this store and after taking them to the Van Cleef & Arpel store in NYC to be repaired I was informed they were counterfeit. I immediately called the store and spoke to the owner, Jason, who refused to refund my money and even sort of laughed at me. He said that since he can’t get his money back then he can’t give me my money back! Van Cleef & Arpel asked for Jason’s contact information because selling counterfeit goods is a crime. Stay away!!!
