After going to several different shoe repair shops and getting turned down left and right for repairing my girlfriends sneakers, I walked into Anzhela’s shoe repair shop and he said no problem! Had them masterfully redone, repaired and my girlfriend couldn’t be happier! Quality over quantity here! 25+ years of experience and one happy customer!!!

I came to get two pairs of heels tips repaired. It was quick and well done! I have some more shoes to repair so I will definitely come back!

I appreciate that the work was done so quickly. The strap on my leather shoulder bag was tearing free. I needed the strap reinforced where it attached to the bag. I brought it in around noon, and they were able to complete they work and weatherproof my bag by 6 pm. The price was pretty steep, but considering how quickly the work was done, I understand the premium. Reference pictures.

Came here for leather shoe cleaning and change of rubber heel. Guy offered to do it for $ 20… Even added the caps that are screwed in to the heel. Great job and done fast. Would come back.

Only reviewing for shoe repair. Went here off of Unilocal reviews and overall solid experience. Had a pair of worn down brogues resolved and cleaned up and they looked great upon pickup. Two weeks in and I can tell you the quality of work is very good. Would recommend to anyone needing good show repairs.

Walked in with no caps on my heels and they were repaired within minutes. The owner is very nice and cares about his customers! I will be back soon for other services.

Other than doing custom leather shoes, accessories and clothes, they do all kinds of leather repairs. I took two snakeskin purses to them. One they dyed as I requested, the other they repaired the straps and a few frayed patches. They are experts at refurbishing vintage or old bags, either leather or exotic skins. If you have a fashion idea, they’ll work with you to make it happen. According to them, your repair is guaranteed for three months. You can haggle with them and if you come to terms, it’s cheaper than Fordham Leather, but pricier than doing a repair in Mexico, for instance.

I work close by, and needed a whole added to my new leather watch band. I was on my way to another shoe repair spot, when I passed this on the way. Seeing that I am lazy, I just went in here.
It took 5 minutes, $ 5, my watch now fits. I’m a fan.

I brought in two pairs of high heel shoes to be cut from 4″ to 3 ½″. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable and explained how it will be done. I found it to be a little pricey but he granted me a discount because I brought 2 pairs.
I would recommend this place.

These guys did a great job restoring my 5 year old double monk straps. By far the best re-​soling/​refinishing I’ve had done in many years. They’re not cheap, but the quality of the workmanship warrants the cost. Keep your footwear investments rocking and stay styling.

I work nearby and came in for a simple shoe-​stretching for a pair of sandals that had been pinching me.
The owner quoted me a «deal» for $ 25 then proceeded to aggressively upsell me on rubber soles, which would be another $ 35. I don’t see the point in spending $ 100+ on a pair of seasonal sandals so I politely declined about 300 times. Finally we settled on JUST a shoe stretch (after lots of negotiating) for $ 20.
Picked them up today. They are not any looser than when I came in. I suspect that he threw on the stretchers but didn’t really put any effort into actually cranking them wider. There is absolutely no change in fit. If he doesn’t value «simple» alterations and doesn’t want to invest his time in them, then he should not offer them. I have had better service in the subway shoe-​shine shops.
Going to go home tonight to see if I can stretch these myself. Just threw $ 20 down the drain.

Had a problem with my size from s docent state but they were very helpful with no problems at all. He recognized me right away, without receipt, and helped me.
