Why don’t you guys call a News Channel & get some publicity on this place, if you didn’t receive your sofa for more than 2 months that means you got jacked. So I don’t know why you’re Unilocaling about it. I’d just call NY1 new, EyeWitness News, and of course WBCHANNEL11 or Help Me Howard from WB channel 11! That will def get you back your money. I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I didn’t get my sofa after I had paid it off with pieces of paper(aka money) which deducted hours of my life to earn.

Um, I ordered a sofa here in February 2008 and still haven’t received it. It is now October 2008. I have been calling every week to check status. This week I call and the numbers been disconnected, no listing on 411 and the website has vanished. So they just ran off after charging the credit card. Nice. BBB here I come.

I’m always excited when I see something from my online wishlist in person. In this case I had found a bonfire candle on the kitschy site and then found it sold in the flesh(or should I say«in the fake porcelain») at Apt. Thanks to Apt I know to remove it from my online wish list. I mean it’s cute, but… not that cute. Anyway, Apt is pretty cool. I particularly like their collection of rugs and kitschy crap. I would have seriously considered some large things for the home(like the super thick yarn rugs) if I didn’t live on the Left Coast and didn’t have to transport them.

Came here with a friend who wanted to buy a foldout mattress. As she was talking to the saleman, I wandered and found some really cool stuff. I really like the layout of this store and the sales people are really cool if you can get them engaged in conversation.(Our guy wasn’t exactly warm when we came in, it was almost like he was glued to his computer.) I’ve slept on that thing twice now when crashing at her place, once by choice to try it out. I gotta say, sometimes I prefer it over her bed.

i recently purchased their sofa bed and am still waiting as i am very excited. ffirstly, the store looks so modern, kinda pop art-like atmosphere. the design is mostly simple, but they have so many color selections, so that you can find whatever the color you like, i guess. the price seems to be affortable for its design and the location of the store. should check this place out.

I cannot believe I am the first to review this adorable little furniture boutique in Soho! I walked in this place, mainly because it was starting to rain and I didn’t quite feel like getting out my umbrella and opening it up just yet. And of course, I was attracted to the sleek, modern looking furniture in the store. I thought that I could at least amuse my eyes by looking at gorgeous furniture that I could never afford in a million years while I got over my laziness and opened up my rainsoak prevention device. Well, I started looking around, picking things up, feeling the nice materials, and eventually, checking the price tags. You know. Just to shock myself into just-graduated-from-college aka absolutely-cannot-afford-any-of-this-stuff mode. Then I noticed that it really wasn’t so bad… I would dare say relatively reasonable for the Island of Manhattan. They had a VERY nice foldable mattress, which was soft and thick and something that I would totally sleep on. It also had a wide, sturdy strap around it to make it very simple to move around… and BESTOFALL, it was only $ 99. That’s cheaper than any decent air mattress, which I abhor to sleep on and would never wish upon a guest of mine. In short, this is a great store, I highly recommend it. I must go back and buy that mattress…
