Purchased several sweaters for winter 15 here per the recommendation of my French friends.
Their sweaters are Breton classic: trim fitted w buttons on the right shoulder in variations of classic Breton stripe or solid colors They are well constructed and fit perfectly. Most of all they are incredibly stylish and versatile. I can wear them to work and out w a simple t shirt and chinos.

What a great find. I walked down the wrong street on the way to get a cup of coffee and found this shop. I have been back with my wife to stock up on these French classics several times in the past few months. My wife always has trouble finding a size 0 that actually fits, but these are spot on every time. I have not been a size zero since birth so be reassured there are a broad range of sizes available for all body types. The staff is amazing always remembering my wife’s size and taste. Amazing service without pressure to buy. They know the clothes they choose to stock will sell themselves. We will be customers for years to come. Thank you for bringing Armor Lux to SoHo.

Excellent little store nestled in Nolita. I was there at Christmas and ended up outfitting my whole family in their famous Breton slippers! Young Canadian guy was great helping pick out all the colors and sizes. Definitely going back to get some stripes for Spring.

This is a great little shop in Soho. Not only do they carry the Armor Lux brand but they also carry some other great brands like Jungmaven and Kletterwerks. Waldemar gave me excellent, personalized service! I will definitely be coming back next time I am in NYC.

I just walked in and bought a classic Armor-Lux beanie. The staff, a young man, was friendly and helpful. I tried on a beautiful pea coat, which I wasn’t ready to buy quite yet. I think the prices were a tad high, but that’s what you get when you’re buying classically styled imported dry goods from France!

nice staff? where? when? I went there 5 times, i bought 2 sweaters, and at 300 bucks a piece you would expect better service, but anyway.
The guy is rude and not professional at all, the young girl is totally clueless. I am yet to see someone helpful and actually polite.
