Loved this place. Good selection. Good music. The people were friendly and were willing to help me pick something more my style. The owner spoke to me and my husband about other locations and their website as well as gave us advice about NYC and the area.

What a wonderful millinery. Stopped in to browse and was greeted by an attentive knowledgeable salesman who took the time to attend to me and my lady friend, answering questions and looking for sizes. While we appeared as tourists, which we weren’t that night we acted like ones, the attention and services flawless. The quality and diversity of the hats good to very good and broad. The total number of styles offered was tastefully equal to the physical size of the store which was small to small-​medium. You won’t find every type of hat here and you may not find the size but I found it well worth the time and did purchase a chapea at the lower end offering for myself.

This is the first review I have ever written on Unilocal and I am doing so because I wanted others to be spared the experience I had earlier today at arth hat. I was coming in the exchange $ 50 faux fur hat that my mother (who is from out of town) had bought a month ago. The quality of the hat was so poor that when she went to wear it for the first time, the entire thing fell apart, unraveling at the seams. The first time I went in to return or exchange it! the manager was not there I and was told to come back at a different time. When I went backs! the manager was rude, condescending, did not take any form of responsibility for the poor craftsmanship of his product and refused to exchange or refund the purchase. In fact, since my mother had purchased this hat, they had actually put into a place a very strict refund and exchange policy– probably because people had been coming in right and left to return similarly defective items. In any event, this place has no regard for its customers and is wholly unpleasant. Avoid this business if you want even a decent product or shopping experience. Hope people see this before making a purchase they end up regretting.
