Assured Environments

I’ve used AE on a number of occasions ranging from simple requests to address ants and mice, to more complex situations which required the assistance of their on staff entomologist (I never even knew that word) Every time AE was quick, professional and resolved all my pest concerns. Their operators are all licensed and well trained. I’ve developed a relationship with this company that is time tested. Thank you Assured Environments!

Our building uses this company for pest control… we have an evergrowing roach problem and asked them to spray. 8 hours out of the apartment and it still smells like bug spray. Like the shit you get in cans. Plus they used these granules – knowing I have a crawling baby – in places she could easily access. I saw more cockroaches in the two weeks after our first service with them because they wouldnt spray. Lets see how it is after this one… but overall, think Im going back to my out-​of-​pocket expense exterminator.

I am really surprised at the bad reviews., I thought Assured and their team were fantastic. From the time we heard we had bed bugs and freaked out until the treatment was concluded, we were very happy with Assured. They responded to every question, they handled our items with care, they handled the building Superintendant and manager with us and they treated the apartment for bed bugs.
What more do you need. We were incredibly pleased. Take my advice, use Assured. We were so grateful we did!

Terrible! They didn’t call me back after they did their two treatments, since they received their money. So many other great exterminators.

I would give this company zero stars if it was an option. One apartment in our complex had bed bugs, so we hired Assured to bring a bed beg dog to check adjacent apartments. The dog came in already seeming out of control and, because it wanted treats, it seemed to bark every two minutes. As a result, Assured told us that 16 (!) different rooms in our building needed treatment. When we questioned this, as nobody had one sign of an infestation, they retorted that these dogs are 96% accurate. We asked for a different dog, but Assured would not re-​check the same apartments, which was sketchy. Concerned, we brought in another bed big dog, one not affiliated with a pest control company, and not one infestation was detected. We also had another company come for a human inspection, with no adverse findings. Unfortunately, the bed bug scare is going to create scams and Assured is at the top of the class for this. Stay away.
