Against all odds, I finally can use my phone again! My day started at the Apple Store, where my Apple Genius was completely useless; nice, sure, but no results whatsoever. My next stop was another technician, who I initially thought fixed the problem, but still nada. Finally, I came here, and voila! Shout-out to Leo for saving my LIFE, fixing my device within half an hour for an exceptional fee. Thank you so, so much.

STAYAWAY. HORRIBLE! DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY! NOTWORTHIT. Day 1: We made the switch from T mobile to AT&T. Got Family Plan: Galaxy S4, iphone5, and 3 regular phones. From the start these other 3 phones had bad service, so we thought there was just no service in the store. But it was the same when we got home. An hour later I found out an hour later that they only put unlimited data and text on 1 phone only. Everyone else had pay per text and 3000mb. We asked for unlimited texting and 3gb data. Day 2: Charge it. Wake up and I can’t swipe the Galaxy S4 to open. So we brought it back. And I felt like they were scheming something. They entered the wrong address for us also. Result: Refund, give back all phones & switch us back to t mobile. Sent us to the 86th st location. When we get there they said we can just use our old ones. I even asked the guy why we can’t use our old ones. He says because it’s deactivated. So now I have my broken blackberry waiting for service. They told us I will get service back within 24 hours. Day 3: Called again to ask why we do not have service, they said 24 – 48 hours. I hope they are right. Update — They are wrong. still no service. I called Tmobile&they told me I need a new SIM& to go to a store.
