Authentic Bartending Schools

Referred by a friend who did the course, I’m so glad I chose this to be the school I went to for mixology! I registered for the two-​week forty-​hour course to become a certified bartender, and it was great! The classes are so fun and experiential because it’s half lecture and half practice. All the instructors are so knowledgeable because they’ve been in the industry for years and genuinely enjoy teaching and passing down what they’ve learned to others who care to listen. We learned a lot of recipes, laws, customer service practices, and do’s and don’ts. It was great in class, but after class, it was all about studying for the two exams we take at the completion of the course, but my best friend and I who did the course with me passed with flying colors on our first try! What’s great is that they let allow us to come in/​stay late to practice drilling the recipes as if it were a real life scenario since the instructors are the ones who orders drinks in a way that people will order them at bars. I graduated two weeks ago and continue to come back whenever I have questions and they are unbelievably supportive. And Job Placement is amazing and supportive as well! Authentic Bartending is a no brainer; choose it, do it! Shout out to Michelle, Erin, Bar Sensei, Aura, and Karen! :) I love how Michelle and Erin would break it down and still challenge us each class and STILL be ever so approachable. They know what they are talking about. Did I mention this is a no brainer?
