They’ve got me hooked on their crab eggs benedict! It was one of the best eggs benny I’ve had, and I’ve been to a lot of brunch places. When I went in the summer, I was seated in the back, with an abundance of natural outdoor lighting. I can imagine this place gets very crowded on the weekends, but I went on a weekday in the afternoon, and it was rather quiet. I can’t wait to go back again, and am definitely open to trying different options!

so so so good. we got an odd combination of food due to the amount of alcohol from the previous night and hunger stirring through our bodies… started with fried calamari which was amazing, and was followed by 2 eggs benedicts and a burger split amongst the 3 of us. crab meat was fresh & delicious and more filling than I had expected. my only 2 concerns were: 1. the potato cakes we got were amazing but a bit on the cold side. had a nice cajun-ish flavor to them, making them better than your average potato cakes. 2. the service was a bit slow. We waited about 35 minutes for our food, but that was because there was a big party in their private little dining area outside. Regardless, the staff should’ve/could’ve been a bit more prepared as the tables around us all waited on food for quite some time. Regardless! We will be back!

Ambiance. Taste. Delightful staff. Need I say more? Highly recommend the prosciutto and burrata eggs benedict. The flavor combination was unreal and the poach on the eggs was definitely top five I’ve had in NYC. My friend got the baked eggs with smoked cheese and broccoli rabe and was also very satisfied. Unlimited coffee makes for a great brunch vibe and the staff encourage you to take your time despite the fact they were totally booked up on reservations. They poured us refills on the coffee after clearing our plates — allowing us to continue enjoying the lovely interior of the restaurant. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their tasty looking brunch beverages as well!

Didn’t get a chance to try any food, this is just a review of Happy Hour. 2 of us got there and the bar was packed. Host helped get us a spot near the bar and snagged us space at bar asap. Drink specials are terrific, and service was great.

Dined here for a team lunch of 8. Our server was very attentive, prices reasonable, and ample portion sizes. Most importantly, the food is delicious. I chose the lasagna and it was large enough for leftovers the next day. It’s always hard to please a large party, but everyone left satiated and happy.

Our dining experience started out positively with a few appetizers: burrata, calamari(both very good). For the entrée, I really enjoyed the pappardelle with veal ragu. Decent sized portion, flavorful. Here’s where the bad rating comes from: Midway through our entrée, a MOUSE ran across the floor! All the manager said was«sorry about that». This really made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of the meal — definitely won’t be coming back to this place.

Spot-on, cozy brunch spot by W4th Street. The prosciutto and burrata eggs benedict dish was delicious, and my dining companion seemed to really enjoy his heritage pulled pork version of the same dish. Also, I loved that the coffee kept coming! Prices seemed about right considering the quality(and quantity!) of the meals. Service was attentive without being overbearing. I would definitely return.

Vibrant, classic(but new!) brunch spot in the heart of West Village! It was packed on the recent Saturday we came, so I’m glad we made a reservation. Rustic-chic feel inside(v New York), and DELICIOUS food! Definitely recommend the eggs benedict with the truffled hollandaise and prosciutto. Could not get enough. Service was thorough and attentive. Above the food, the vibe was on point. Décor made you feel like you were dining in someone’s fancy kitchen. Also there’s a cute garden patio in the back! Con: there is 1 bathroom for the entire joint(that we were unfortunately seated next to) so there was a constant line :(

This is a really cool restaurant. Great wine and beer selection. Nicely located. Great eating at bar or in front or back. STAFF: very friendly, attentive and not scared to make suggestions. Food: there is not a word in the English dictionary for Oh My God. If there is comment below or message me. Great serving size. Fresh greens. Great all around. I sort of a almost didn’t want to give a review, becau I do not want everyone to know about it. We were please and plan to return when in the area.

We love doing brunch in NYC on New Year’s Day and so based on Unilocal reviews, we decided to try Baker & Co. The restaurant is quaint and has an enclosed garden area. We immediately felt welcomed and moved on to some delicious bellinis. We ordered: prosciutto eggs benedict with the burrata and truffle– just perfect and different crab eggs benedict with crushed avocado– also excellent– fresh crab meat Loved the quality ingredients. Dessert: Homemade nutella donuts with a vanilla cream on the side– loved them I would definately return to Baker & Co.- that speaks for itself

First things first, they take reservations, which is always a plus for brunch places, since the wait can usually be up to an hour or more. My friend and I both tried one of their eggs benedicts. I got the prosciutto and she got the pulled the pork. I will have to say, I enjoyed mine more than the pulled pork one, but both were good! The portions are pretty big, as you get your eggs benedict as well as a potato gratin and a small salad. The server was very friendly and attentive, and the host(and maybe manager) was also very welcoming. The only thing is that their space is a bit tight, especially when the host/hostess is taking you to your table or if you end up having to sit in the front of the restaurant where it is more like one or two large communal tables. But, they do have a really cute, but small indoor patio area towards the back that would be really nice to sit at on a sunny day. Would definitely recommend this place for brunch!

One of the best and unique eggs benedict that I’ve had! I came here for a weekday brunch and was seated in the indoor garden/patio area. The space is decorated nicely and it gives that rustic feeling. I was really impressed with their options for eggs benedicts because they don’t serve traditional eggs benedict. I ordered the prosciutto eggs benedict and my friend ordered the crab and avocado eggs benedict. I tried my friend’s dish and I actually liked the crab and avocado eggs benedict better. One thing I’ve learned to avoid is ordering dishes with crab meat because a lot of restaurants just use imitation crab instead of actual crab meat. But I was pleasantly surprised when I took a bite and realized they used actual crab meat.(I mean it says so on the menu, but menus can be so misleading sometimes). So I think that’s why I would prefer the crab and avocado over the prosciutto eggs benedict. But don’t get me wrong, the prosciutto eggs benedict was still really, really good. I finished my whole plate(potato gratin and salad included). I would definitely recommend coming here for brunch.

Great brunch spot in the west village! Came here on a Sunday at noon and there was room for walk ins at the bar and no wait. Super cute and casual ambience. Eggs Benedict with crab meat — SODELICIOUS and large portion definitely recommend Baked eggs — with a side of toast also super delicious Side of bacon — OMGSOGOOOOOOOOD. Super thick cut and perfectly cooked not overly crispy. Some place say thick cut but it’s really not, baker & co did not disappoint on the bacon here !! See the pics !!! Only con was Mimosas are 10 dollars each but expected in NYC. Coming back for sure and already recommended to friends !

The happy hour offers 5 $ glasses of wine with FREE snacks! They had olives, cheese, and DELICIOUS focaccia bread. I also recently had lunch here, at which my friend and I shared the Baker & Co. mac and cheese and a pizza. Both were delicious! The service was friendly and efficient on both visits. Recommend.

Really good brunch. You get crunchy bread with olive oil, too. Crab eggs Benedict were flavorful, with lots of crab. Nutella French toast was very sweet but very delicious. Side of bacon was thick cut and wonderfully fatty. Cute interiors, and a back patio for warmer weather.

Went for brunch on a Sunday and the place was packed. We had reservations thankfully, but it looked like they were able to seat some people at the bar if you were just a walk-in. It’s a pretty cute atmosphere though the space is pretty cramped. I would say the service was fine. We were checked on just the right amount and the food came out fairly quickly. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with pulled pork, and my friend had the Eggs Benedict with the crab. We both liked our dishes, though at the end of the meal I wasn’t stuffed, but was satisfied. The menu says the benedicts come with potato au gratin, but it more looked like hash browns in a square shape? It was well seasoned, but not what we envisioned for potato au gratin. I would go here if you can get a table/have a reservation and you want to try Eggs Benedict with a little extra something to it, but probably not worth waiting around for. The restaurant was also very loud. It was a little hard to hear my friend even though she was just sitting across the table from me!

I have now been to Baker & Co twice and can say without reservation that it’s excellent. For starters, I used to live right around the corner, so this area and in particular, this stretch of Bleecker, really has a lot of nostalgia for me. These guys opened after I moved away, so it’s a nice treat for me to come back and see new options like this in the neighborhood. I discovered B&C based on their solid happy hour. At the bar, you can get a beer or glass of house wine for $ 5, or a «spritz» for $ 7. The spritz is basically an Aperol spritz on steroids, and it’s delicious. They offer free apps, too. Focaccia, olives, cheese, etc. This offer is only good up front at the bar, but it’s worth it to try to snag a spot. If that’s not your thing, the space is super charming, done in an airy, cantina style. Very rustic and warm feeling, with a lot of exposed brick. There is a great patio out back, too. The space isn’t huge, so on busier nights, it definitely fills up quickly and you’ll want a reservation. Over the course of my two visits here, I tried the following: — Risotto Croquettes w/parmesan, truffle & mozzarella — Fluke Crudo w/jalapeño, lemon vinaigrette & sriracha — Tuna Tartare w/avocado & tomato broth — Rabbit Meatballs w/ricotta, pea shoots & split peas — Fried Calamari & Shrimp w/artichokes & smoked paprika dijonnaise — Mac & Cheese — Pappardelle w/veal ragu & grana padano That all sounds pretty delicious, right? It was. All of it. From the ambiance and service, to the amazing food and good vibes here, B&C is definitely killing it and worth a visit. Great spot!

The service wasn’t as great this time around, but the food was as fresh and delicious as ever — I’ll keep returning for sure. My friends and I shared the Burrata ravioli and the seafood pasta special. The pastas were tasted homemade and basically perfect, and the shrimp, clams etc. were great. All in all, I think the brunch is a better bet, but the dinner menu is inspired enough(see my other review in which I mention truffle fries, omg). Update: the butternut squash is AMAZING. Giving that star back.

Love this place so much! We got to sit outside in the covered patio area and it was the perfect place for a brunch. It looks like a little greenhouse area(outside) but there are ACs to keep the room from heating up. My bf made a reservation here around 11 and there were still empty tables but the place got busy around noonish so I’d come a little earlier. First off, we ordered a coffee, OJ, the lobster benedict, eggs benedict, and a side of bacon. Can I just say how GOOD the bacon is? It’s different than your regular breakfast bacon in that the cuts are thicker so there’s more meat and more crispy fat. So unhealthy but a must try for you bacon lovers. The two benedict dishes were also great and I would order those again :) OJ and coffee? Also really yummy. All in all, I loved everything about this restaurant and I’m so glad I got the chance to eat here. I’m definitely coming back!

SOMADATMYSELFBYWAITING21YEARSTOTRYTHISDELICIOUSPLACE I arrived at this place on a Friday afternoon around 1pm. We made a reservation but the place wasn’t completely packed so walk ins could have been seated immediately as well! They have a cute outdoors area in the back which is perfect now for summer! Me and my friend got the Eggs benedict, jumbo lump crab meat and crushed avocado($ 16) and the Eggs benedict, prosciutto di Parma($ 15). I orginally went there because i wanted to try their Eggs benedict with pulled pork but they unfortunately only sell that during dinner:(So fyi to anyone who wanted to try that, don’t go during brunch/lunch! HOWEVER, i was soooo pleased with the food! I tried the crab meat one first and was overwhelmed by how well the crab meat and avocado tasted together. who doesn’t love avocado anyway? The proscuitto one ended up being my favorite though! The truffle that was paired with it was absolutely mouth watering! Both dishes were paired with some salad and potatoes. Both were excellent pairings with the eggs benedict! Will DEFINITELY be back!

Lugar romântico. Mas achei o preço salgado para a qualidade da refeição. Sugiro pedir apenas a entrada de burrata, que é muito boa. Os pratos principais do jantar não agradaram.
