Don’t be fooled by the chill atmosphere, you get a burger, fries, and beer and you’ll walk out spending $ 30 for a vibe that is VERY $ 15. It’s EASY to go here. If you really need EASY– Go.

Food is good but I waited four hours for my delivery. After two hours I called to check in and they had not even begun making my order, claiming that it never went through. This was incorrect, however, because somebody at the restaurant approved the order, causing my bank account to be charged immediately and my email address to receive confirmation. I spoke with the manager and the owner, both of whom refused to give me any kind of a refund and told me that it would be another two hours before I received the order. Usually I don’t order to go — I enjoy walking to restaurants and not paying the extra fees. However, because I was just discharged from the hospital the physical exertion was not a responsibility, hence the need to order delivery. Not only did it take four hours, but despite their mistake and my health, they refused to discount or refund my order.

Soooo I had the blue elk burger which had an elk patty, Amish blue cheese, stout onions, bacon, and tomato fig jam on sprout bun(basically whole wheat bun). OMFG. The best burger I’ve had in awhile. I was hesitant about having elk meat, but to be honest, tastes better than cow. Everything about this burger was perfect. Well, almost everything… I wish the bacon were crispier so it would be easier to bite into — instead it was almost like chewy Canadian bacon. I still tore that thang up. The tomato fig jam is damn good, reminiscent of sweet bbq sauce. And thanks Matt for reassuring me about my selection — glad I chose this for my first Bareburger. Customer service is friendly and speedy. Oh! I dig their shirts — coincidentally I love grass too!

The burgers are amazing! So unique, tasty, juicy, and yummy! Our night was specifically made by our server, Stephanie. She was funny, kind, and made our night. But the food really– excellent. Get the Buckaroo!

The burgers are unique, delicious, and everything you want. Shakes are literally ALL good. And our waitress, Stephanie, was one of the best I’ve had in the city. She’s a rockstar– would definitely come back for a burger and to hang with her because she’s the coolest.

The food was good. I had the beef and my friend had the black bean patty, both of which were pretty good — in terms of just the patty itself, I think the black bean was a little bit better. The curry ginger ketchup is happiness. The service wins them extra points for sure. The wait staff was great when asked questions, and our server Doug was very friendly and patient with my absurd sense of humor.

The bison burger is a must-try! Possibly one of best burgers I’ve ever eaten. Service is fast and friendly, and the facilities are clean. Absolutely order a side of fries, because their house dip is to die for. Would come again.

Hipster paradise. The food is decent. Overpriced. Staff pretty much all act like they’re in high-school detention. This place should be in Brooklyn.

I thought it was«OK». The service was great, décor is cute, but the food is average. I had the bison, forgot the exact name of the burger on the menu. The one thing I did love, is after I finished the burger I didn’t feel that heavy feeling in my stomach.

Hands down the best burger I’ve had in the city! I had the buckaroo and my boyfriend had the Supreme. There was nothing left on the plate afterwards. Our server Doug was fantastic and attentive and the quality of food can’t be beat. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back and trying everything else the menu has to offer. The bison burgers and elk blue cheeseburgers look especially delicious. P. S. The milkshakes are to die for.

Food was delivered late and everything was cold. We were clearly the last delivery of the run.

Disappointing at best. And I was so excited to come here. It is close by, and smells amazing as I walk by… Because we were starving we started with French fries, half sweet potato half plain. Pretty good. All downhill from there… The wine? hardly drinkable. Kid grilled cheese? Meh Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Croutons gross. Dressing delivered 10 minutes after salad. Chicken delivered 10 minutes after dressing. I had the quinoa patty burger which was decent. Except for the brioche roll, and I love a brioche roll. But this was flat and boring(with seeds!). I’m not an anti-seed-ite but there’s a time and place for everything and a brioche roll is neither the time nor place for seeds. $ 60 for a mediocre veggie burger, Caesar salad, Kid grilled cheese and glass of wine. I’ll try again but I’m not as hopeful as I was.

This location needs some serious staffing work. Our hostess and server had crazy attitudes, and were generally terrible at their jobs as well. To be fair the host did get us to a table eventually, so she technically did her job, but it took 15 minutes and the place was empty. Our server, on the other hand, actively ignored and avoided us. She’d stand by our table and chat on her phone with friends, but every time we tried to order or ask for silverware she’d look at us and walk away. Next time I want to eat terrible food and get ignored, I’ll go next door to the cat section of Petco.

Cons: 1) some hostess not friendly and when ask about that I want to sit other place she rolled her eyes up and aggressively said OK… Another time the guy and girl host was nice thou; 2) to much oily French fries, before when they just opened fries was perfect, but now feels like I ate a macdonalds French fries; 3) no coffee latte… Horrible; 4) tiny toilet; 5) no wi-fi :(((( Pros: 1) burgers are delicious, fresh and real; 2) the waiters is very friendly and helpful; 3) decorations of the restaurant is very interesting and unique; 4) big size of tea and regular coffee.

Friendly staff and decent service. Surprised to to such good quality of food from a chain. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Generous portion of blue cheese and lots of hot sauce. I had a bite of my husband’s burger, a very small bite, because it was apparently too good to share. He likes his burgers… But luckily he was a little more liberal with the onion rings. VERYGOODONIONRINGS. We abused the trio of sauces that came with our appetizer order of chicken fingers. I am in love smokey BBQ on the onion rings. I would definately go back.

This place is ok. Very expensive for burgers, but based on the ingredients I guess its worth it? They have a lot of different interesting ingredients and choices I got the duck burger and… it was just dry. very very dry. The brioche bun was a little stale, a little too large –it wasn’t like there was a lot of juice for the bread to soak up. Maybe one of their more fatty burgers would be juicier and taste better, but for a dry duck burger $ 15 after tip/tax…just not worth it. Oh and the wait is always 15 minutes plus. usually 20 minutes at least. even for take out. Not at this location, but another one in NY, we waited 2.5 hours once for delivery

I still like bareburger and come here more frequently than I would admit but I’ll say that the quality of the cooking is just so inconsistent here! One day you’ll have a pound of well seasoned and crispy fries. The next you have 12 fries total. What? I don’t think I put this in my other review but the waitress informed me that all burgers are cooked to medium well unless specified(I swear the first time I was here I had medium rare and didn’t even need to ask).

Burgers are amazing. Not doubt they know their stuff. Onion rings also is a big like. Counter employee was nothing but nice. Rude, not smiling, bored every time a guest entered and approached the counter. Don t even try to ask a question about the store or the company, she gave me attitude and turn her back on me. I haven’t sat yet but ladies on the floor seem great and convivial

Stopped in to this new Bareburger location for lunch on a Wednesday. First of all, the restaurant is really cute and I liked the vibe. Our waitress was also so friendly and attentive. I’ve actually never been to a Bareburger before so this was an awesome, new experience for me. What an unbelievable list of burgers! And surprisingly good salads, too, for those more inclined to choose rabbit food! We had the Buckaroo(hamburger topped with cheddar, wild mushrooms and BRISKET!) and the Blue Elk(elk burger topped with blue cheese, bacon, stout onions and tomato fig jam). Yeah… these are not your typical burgers. Both were excellent although elk meat is leaner than the beef and therefore the elk burger itself was less juicy and a bit drier. For sides, do not miss the unbelievably delicious sweet potato fries(with a side of habanero mayo!). The spicy pickles were also great. So many burgers and sides to try, so little time!
