Fine for accessories and such, but for the love of CHRIST do not get a phone here. My bill will never be the same after being promised 4 times it wouldn’t change. The sales staff act friendly because well, they’re sales people, but they’re shadyyyyy AF. Not at all worth any promotional offers they may have going on. Go to your carrier in stead!!!

I cannot sing the praises of this location enough. It had a mom and pop feel, and they took care of me SO well. I would definitely recommend this location, and I will certainly go back here whenever I need anything.

DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE. I pre-ordered a phone online and went into the store to activate it. The woman at the counter tried to change my phone plan to «Verizon Edge» without asking me and then had to spend over an hour undoing the change. Only to tell me that she’d accidentally cancelled my preorder and that if I wanted my phone, I’d have to pay out of pocket to buy it that day and wait for the refund on my card for the pre-order. While filling out paperwork, she said she needed my driver’s license. She misplaced it and had to spend 20 minutes looking for it. She eventually found it near a trash can. How is this kind of service acceptable? I arrived at 4:15PM and left at 6. I sat and waited while employees had personal conversation, while the girl helping me texted on her cell phone, and while she called Verizon and waited on hold to ask them a question about something that she had screwed up with the computer. I dealt with a salesgirl whose name I can’t recall and her manager Denise and they both could not have been more unhelpful. Seriously, go ANYWHERE but here.

After upgrading to an S4 I was told to come to the mobile store to transfer my data. Instead of helping me, the manager — that’s right, not an employee — actually yelled at me for not upgrading at the mobile store, as if I was supposed to know that. After that she decided to leave and one hour before close told me her shop was too busy to accommodate me. Never doing anything through Best Buy again.

Came by today to upgrade to the iphone5. Staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly. They worked together as a team to make sure all my needs were met. Definitely recommend this location.

I’m really not lucky with them… Every time that I go there they don’t have what I need/want. It is a very little store just putting the Best Buy name on times square… If you can go to a real store… you will be glad you did…
