Best Graphics Press is exactly the kind of small business that NYC, and indeed Harlem, is built upon. The pinnacle of family-​run businesses that excel first and foremost on customer service and quality of craftsmanship.
Offering a wide array of services* from print jobs on paper, sheen, business cards, poster boards, banners and more including a row of rental computer/​internet stations it’s hard not finding a reason to come here.
I’ve used their other services before, but until recently never their print services. I had them print 200 flyers for an animal rights campaign I am organizing and their prices are extremely fair. Since 2 flyers fit per-​page, I paid for 100 sheets, color and glossy at a price far below what I was quoted at other big-​box chain stores. When you factor in the amazing and personal customer service, prompt completion (done by end of following day!) and quality it makes Best Graphics Press a no-​brainer.
They called me twice to ensure I would be happy with the final product, and didn’t try to up-​sell me which was a nice feeling. I got the feeling they really just wanted me to be happy, since our correspondence was done over email and phone they asked if I could come in to feel the different paper weights, since I live a couple blocks away I had no problem doing so and appreciated their attention to detail.

This place is so convenient, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Their prints are great quality and very reasonable in price. I’ve been here to make posters, flyers and cards, and they all came out sharp, bright and clear. I will definitely come back next time I have printing to do.

I had to sign and scan important documents but didn’t like the idea of heading down the UWS to Staples or the nearest Internet café that is very overpriced. So happy I found this gem in Harlem thanks to Unilocal!The staff is very friendly and the rates are great. I fully support this local business and will be coming back!

One star (wish I could give it zero) as I am standing outside and it is closed with no sign of anyone coming to open anytime soon. It’s 9:40am and opening time is 9:30am. I understand it’s only a few minutes later but if you have a business wth hard opening hours you need to stick to them.

Friendly staff, cheap rates! Support this local business… The owner is a super nice woman and these small businesses need the business they deserve. Next time you want to go to Fed Ex for printing or Internet use, stop here instead!

Had passed this place plenty of times but didn’t think I’d have a need to use their services. The day of an important business meeting/​presentation however my printer went caput and there I was asking for their help. Place was clean and well-​equipped. Staff was friendly and costumer service was great. While focused on quickly helping me problem-​solve my color printing issues so I could make my meeting in time, they greeted and helped other costumers and at no point did I feel neglected. One of the other costumers was getting something notarized and they were in and out in no time as well.
My experience was so good I found myself going in again two days later just to send off a long email because I knew their computers were fast and their prices were good (about $ 2.40 for 15 minutes of computer usage).
I’ll be back.

I was desperate to print some music and was really happy when I found this printing shop in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, computers run fast, and prices are reasonable! Definitely will be using this place as my printing go-​to!
