Between the Bread

I love food from Between the bread .The way they present the food is so unique. The food is always fresh. Our company has used them few times to cater events, and always stayed very pleased. Would definitely recommend it.

Our firm has used this caterer for a few of our larger events and conferences and they never disappoint! They are always fantastic to work with, friendly, enthusiastic, and very accommodating. Their food is delicious and service is impeccable. A real five-​star company!

I do a lot of lunches for hospitals and hence use a lot of different catering companies. This place definitely has a unique idea and the presentation is really cool. A lot of ooooos and ahhhhhhhs when people walk in and they first see it. Overall though the food is just ok and their baskets are WAY overpriced. Its ok to try once because its different but I don’t think I would go back.

Between the Bread is the only caterer we use for our corporate work events. The food is excellent, the service is first rate, and working with Lauren B. is like having your own personal party planner. She is professional, personable and has great ideas for events. Its a win-​win. They will go above and beyond for their clients, and have. Our company planned a corporate event in Midtown during the General Assembly, and BTB walked the catering order to our office to make sure it was not delayed due to road closures or traffic. I highly recommend using them, you will not regret it! #bestcatererever

I’m a fan of this caterer. I’ve been to a few of their events and the food is always great and service spot on.
I recommend this company, although I can’t comment on pricing, as I didn’t hire them.

I organized and attended a work party catered by this company a couple weeks ago.
The food was fantastic and fresh. Service was very friendly and efficient. I was one of the people in charge of the party planning and budget and they worked with us on the funds we were given for the food.

I needed a caterer for a small VIP dinner to be hosted by a client in NY, and Between the Bread was recommended. They were very easy to work with. They had a terrific menu and Debbie G. (the catering manager) was able to customize a perfect meal.
Very reasonable catering rates. My guests thought the food and the service was excellent. I will use them again for any future New York event.

I contacted Debbie Greenspan, an account manager at Between the Bread, to inquire about catering a holiday party for 50 people. From the first contact, Ms. Greenspan inspired confidence with her demeanor of professionalism, knowledge and patience. The party went off without hitch. Presentation of food was really beautiful and the quality of the food was superior.

We hired Between the Bread to cater a Cooper, Robertson & Partners marketing event through the Architectural League. Not only was the food outstanding, but the presentation was also exceptional. Ricky, Jon, and their team of experts thought of everything, from the floral arrangements, table clothes, lighting, music, and of course, the food. Everyone was raving about all of the delicious plates that catered to both vegetarians and meat eaters. Their presentation and exceptional food helped us impress our clients and guests. They also took care of the set up, and all general operation throughout the event, which allowed the staff to focus on socializing and meeting with guests, without having to worry about the food/​bar.
In addition to the presentation and food, Ricky and Jon were a pleasure to work with, and always available for questions or advice leading up to our event.
I would highly recommend hiring Between the Bread for your next corporate event.

I ordered from here for a client meeting at work; very dissappointing. Will definitely chose a better caterer next time.

I attended a free lunch that was catered by Between the Bread. Once I bit into the salmon sandwich, I had to know if they served lunch, which they luckily do so I plan to visit this spot to pick some more salmon up sometime soon. Their broccoli was tasted also amazingly fresh and the other sandwiches I tried were delicious too. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need a caterer.

Went to an event at a downtown ad agency catered by Between the Bread. Between the Bread has catered many events for them I was told by the event coordinator. I have been to a lot of these types of events and this was one of the best. One of their large rooms I had been in before, was changed into an even more classy and warm space. I don’t know how they transformed that small kitchen area and large counter into a full bar able to serve up any drink you could possibly want. Stationary food was not your typically served hor’dervouis. I tried some delicious new choices like salmon mousee filled cucumber, skewered sweet potoatoes? I now like sweet potatoes. Every single passed hors d’oeuvres was very good, different and interesting, sometimes not the case at these type of events. Looking forward to attending the next event catered by Between the Bread.

I’m organizing a holiday party for my office and was told Between the Bread had decent food. I placed a call last week and they never called me back so I called again just now and spoke to the «manager,» who says he is the owner. He somehow couldn’t understand my name and asked me in an irritated fashion again, so I said it very clearly. He took that to mean that he could hang up on me for no reason. I called back again and he stated he’s a very good judge of character and would not work with me, even though I did absolutely nothing other than state my name.
Between the Bread needs to learn the phrase «customer service.» I have thrown hundreds of parties and used many caterers and NEVER have I encountered such utter rudeness, attitude problem, and lack of consideration. Sean is NOT a good judge of character. He’s rude and pompous.
I’m calling up another caterer NOW and giving my money to THEM. Bye bye, Between the Bread. You should call your company «Between the Garbage.»

I have never been to a catering place so good. The vegetables are just as good as the mains. My favorite are the carrots. Very sweet and mist likely cooked in a lot of oil/​butter but who cares they are so good. I’ve had chicken stuffed with mushrooms, chicken cutlets and salmon. All perfect. The only thing I’ve ever had from there I wasn’t totally crazy about was a crumbly chocolate cookie but all the entrees and sides have me dreaming about them for days after I go there. I’ve never had a meeting catered by them but the next time that opportunity comes up I definitely will.

Nothing less then perfect. The caterer was organized, and relaxed. There’s nothing like a frantic caterer when your already stressed! This was not the case. The food stayed hot, and the meat didn’t have that rubbery reheated feeling. I’ve never heard so many people excited to eat carrots! Overall total hit! Would book with them for any event!

I’d like to get my life catered by this place. The roasted veggies are ON POINT. Best take-​away lunch place I’ve ever been to. For sheez.
