Awesome! If there were more stars, I would add them. A good exterminator in NYC is worth their weight in gold.
I’ll spare you the gory details, but let’s just say that my building had issues. These guys came in and calmed my hysterical nerves, and left my apartment pest-​free — when the official building exterminator was unable to.
All of this and they were pet-​friendly and nice to my cat. Yes, I would recommend them to a friend.

Very satisfied! Made an appointment for a few hours after the call, the guy arrived early in the time window, and he was happy to answer the mountain of questions I drilled him with. I had a very positive experience with Alex, who was very experienced (he also shared a few stories of some of the crazy sh** he’s seen over the years) and was able to explain things to me clearly and honestly.
