I came there on a Sunday night around 10pm because a friend told me they play reggae, hip hop and r&b on Sunday nights. By the time I got to the bar, the drink specials were over even though they still were advertising them. Prices were typical for a dive bar. $ 12 Long Island Iced Teas. They do serve food which I’ll probably try the next time I go there. Pretty good crowd. Mostly, If not all, African American. No cover(at least at 10pm) and they do have hookah. I’d go here again, bring some friends and just wild out! Lol! By the time I left, around 1130, it was pretty empty and I think people were leaving. I don’t know If it was because they switched the DJ or because they started to charge people to get in. Im not too sure.

Came here for the Thursday night after work happy hour. There was an open bar for ladies from 6 to 7 which my friends and I took full advantage of. Not only were the drinks free but they were were strong and after 3 drinks we were dancing up a storm. We ordered the wings which were bland. The chicken strips and sweet potato fries were okay. The music was really good. DJ Kaos did a good job of mixing hip-hop, soca, reggae, and R&B that we lost track of time. We ended up leaving at midnight. I had a blast and will definitely be back.

Horrible; all the way from the service to the food on the menu which they never have in stock. I and two other friends visited for happy hour on 2÷14÷13, which unfortunately was my second visit there(1st visit summer 2013). We sat at the bar… the two bartenders were very inattentive and had nasty attitudes. We asked about the happy hour cocktail specials and they approached me as if I was bothering her at the time. Anyway the drinks were just ok, however when ordering from the menu(only appetizers) only two out of seven they actually had. Did I mention the last time I went there the same thing happened… So we just ordered chicken fingers and fries. The chicken was just ok, I’ve definitely had much better tenders the fries were cold and stale and had to be returned. Needless to say the establishment itself seems to be poorly managed and disgustingly staffed :-)!

This will be a short review since my night here was short, I went a few weeks ago, I had a friend who was going to be spinning a house set there along with 3 other DJ’s, the location is in a good neighborhood its in West Village on the 2nd floor of restaurant, not a big venue by any means but big enough, the sound system is good and the bar is located at the rear away from the DJ booth and dance floor, average drinks, décor is average maybe a little bit below average for NY but the crowd was good and made up for the short comings. All in all I had a good time its worth checking out.
