Had a great experience here last week. Walked it, was helped right away from extremely nice lady. She explained how it works clearly and I found lots of clothes that fit perfectly, ordered them, then got them at home 3 days later. Clothes that arrived fit exactly as they did in the store, and I got 20 percent off my order! I’ve been waiting for a place like this that makes buying clothes (which I hate) so easy. I will be back! Thank you!

The sales people were somewhat dismissive. It made the experience less then enjoyable. Once I received the suit that I picked, in the style and fabric I wanted, the fit and look just didn’t work. The return and getting my money back was easy. Just not a whole lot of «guiding» took place. In the end a smile and a hello go a long way.

Went in during lunch break on Saturday without appointment and was quickly attended to. The process was explained that the store is for trying things on for size and to see color and fabric. From there you order online. Service for me was excellent and polite. I left satisfied.

Great clothing, especially if you shop during a sale. The pants are comfortable and fit well. Really nice ties too. Return/​exchange policy is excellent.
I did not have an appointment, but Lindsey at the Crosby St. store was very helpful in making an exchange. If the prices were a little more modest, I would give five stars.

Rudest employees and worst retail experience I’ve ever witnessed. Apparently this street front shop is by appt only. Fine, but anyone can walk in off the street unlike their Chelsea store.
First, two of the women that work in there completely ignored my friend and me while they chatted away with each other. Then the older woman who finally helped had a truly despicable and snide attitude, belittling and giving smart answers back to me for normal questions that I had.
Great way to get your customers to come back bonobos, most guys really enjoy being treated with utter disrespect by vapid employees.

I love Bonobos. I love their jeans and slim fit clothing. If you are tired of clothes that don’t fit well or too baggy and are slim/​athletic this is the place for you. I love their shirts too.
