They sold me a terrible piece of crap accessory that broke less than two weeks after I bought it. I got a clear phone case for my new phone and after dropping it like 2 times it wouldn’t fit back onto the phone. When I explained it to the guys there, I was told that there’s 0% guarantee on accessories. It could crumble in your hand as soon as you take it out of the bag, but you already bought it so too bad for you. Not a good policy for customer service. I’m going back to buying all phone related accessories from the internet; there’s clearly no guarantees of quality online either, but at least the items are cheap enough that you don’t care.
