Been a long time customer for about 15 years now never really had a problem. Sometimes the guys a little sloppy wiping down the cars but that place really gets busy. I Joined $ 19.99 unlimited monthly Full service wash. why wife brings the car there at least seven times a month. At times you have to remind them to clean the rear window inside

Bad service. They advertise different levels of car washing service then they refuse to honor them when requested. Waste of time. Avoid if you can.

Convenient and generally fast with little wait. Fairly expensive. My biggest gripe, however, is that they routinely refill my windshield washer fluid with cheap soapy water that always freezes up my windshield washing system when temperatures are even slightly below freezing.

Good for low to med end cars and taxis. The soap they use to wash cars are too abrasive for dark colored cars and they use cloth towels to dry your car and that will dull the clear coat in your car and give the car permeant swirl marks. The only good thing is the price and I guess, you get what you pay for, from 7pm to 7am the exterior wash is only 4 $…

Look out if you come here! I’m an idiot because they twice did a terrible job on the oil change! First time, they left the oil bottles in the engine !!! and then they possibly did something else bad (not sure what) — because a week later my radiator completely blew out. Ok — I thought maybe the radioator wasn’t their fault (although the mechanic who fixed my radiator seemed to think they did something wrong).
I avoided them for a while and then went back because it was convenient. The ONE time I didn’t watch them closely — what do you think? They didn’t put the oil cap back on! It turns out I’m leaking oil, driving around without oil — and the car starts to feel funny to me. I go to a gas station and I have no oil and no oil cap! These guys are awful! Really — don’t go here!

Good place for oil change decent prices with good service and good car wash it’s my favorite place for now

This place seems pretty good. I came here for a $ 30 oil change and ended up having to pay almost $ 300 for a flush and transmission fluid change. I wasn’t too happy but my oil was burned up and transmission fluid was burned out. It was a price to pay for delaying the oil change so much. They seem to be pretty honest and check everything. You get a free car wash as well. They aren’t the cheapest but I definitely trust them more than other places in the area. I was able to view the whole process through the windows and they explained everything to me well. Next time I will come earlier when they have fewer customers. Even with a full garage they were able to do things quickly. I rather they take their time and do things well than rush and have the car break down after. The oil they use is standard and you have choices. The better the oil the more expensive. The special is for the standard oil from a pump. I will return with more frequency so that the price tag is not as high.

Came here for a oil change. Pretty good service.
They offer membership so frequent customers can save some cash on their visits.
After oil change they give you a complimentary car wish. I woulda gave this 4 stars if my car actually was clean after the wash. Other than that, service was legit.

I’ve been here for two oil changes (includes free car wash). Great service, fast and efficient. Also, if you sign up for the VIP Card, for I think a one time payment of $ 5, you get lifetime discounts on every bit of service done for your vehicle, plus includes a free car wash on your birthday :)

Car wash machine malfunctioned in the middle of the wash, slamming my car into the vehicle in front of it. I now have cracks in the middle of the grill and the hood was lightly bent. The owner of the shop negated all responsibility for this incident. He was incredibly rude and told me that this happens all of the time to other cars, insisting that I was a «cry baby.» He also stated that it was the fault of my car, since even though no one was actually driving the car inside of the machine, my car struck the other car from the back. To add insult to injury, he still forced me to pay for the wash. When I threatened to call the police, he mentioned that it has happened before, police can do nothing with regard to these incidents, and that if I called them, it would be a waste of my time. Go there at your own risk.
After I was burned by this place, I looked around and here is what I discovered…

Car comes out clean… inside and out. The staff is careful and considerate. They even taped my rooftop antenna down with tap.

I got a synthetic oil change and complete detailing there. This place is below average when everything considered.
SERVICE: Way below average. The girls at the front desk are nice but dont know anything. If you get service from the oil change guys and the car detailing guys, you have to run between the two groups to coordinate on your own. Additionally, you have to pay separately for each service – yes, they run your credit card twice.
OIL CHANGE: Have no clue but the guy who runs it is a jerk.
DETAILING: Exterior looked good and is above average but i cant really tell if they hand waxed or spray waxed.
Interior was below average. I had to ask them three times to clean pretty straightfwd areas – trunk, windows, and armrest. Then after i got home, i still spent about 15 min just to wipe clean the console areas. They also give you a lot of B.S. about how they can NOT clean certain things fearing damage. I used basic cleaning product and was able to clean it…
OTHER: They reset my odometer and somehow when i picked up the car it already showed 1.3 miles on it. Called them to ask what happened and they get defensive claiming they didnt drive it.
BOTTOMLINE: They probably spent 2 hours cleaning the car and if you divide that by the price of ~$ 130, that is $ 65/​hr – not worth it.

10 years ago this place looked like a «front» for a great weed spot. REALLY! I went there thinking one day I’d definitely score some Hydro or Purple Haze grown in Cali. I never did but said F**k it and just kept coming for the car washes anyways. Boy when they closed up and renovated it was a Cinderella-​like transformation. From a shitty, rickety, wimpy Bill Bixby wanna-​be car wash to a super high class Lou Ferrigno car care supermarket. WHAT?! They now have complete oil change and ALL vehicle fluid change stations, hand wax, a waiting area stacked with the New York Times to read, all types of trinkets for sale for your car, Coffee, cookies and snack sales, and some really beautiful model-​like cashiers. Unfortunately, and not that it matters, these cashiers have the brain power of a 2 month old infant and sour-​like personalities of bouncers found at your local Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn night club. YIKES!!! If you do come here on a regular basis you MUST MUST MUST get the yearly membership card. It’ll REALLY save you bundles of cash immediately and not after a dozen visits.

I was attracted to this because they have a Hand Wash. (No automatic brushes that scratch your car.) I also figured it would be a great time for a waxing too. They had it all hand wash and wax.
Anyhow they said come back in an hour so i did. The car was clean on the outside and they said it was done. Well I’ve bee waxing my own car for years and i could hardly tell it was waxed. (The cars 11 months old.) When I opened the hatch back it hadn’t even been cleaned and there were still some Coffee drips on the center console. Finally I went to pay and the the smug person at the counter said the car was not in the system. It took about 10 min to get the car our of there.

Broadway Bridge Wash and Lube is a New York City based car wash and quick lube located in upper Manhattan close in proximity to the Broadway Bridge. It features a car wash, detail center, 5 oil change stations, hand wash services, and espresso bar all with the incentives of various coupons and promotions.
The service was great. I took my car in for a lube by the recommendation of friends. I had my oil changed and a 15 point checkup for under $ 35. Not only that but I received a full service car wash when I was done with the lube service.
The staff was nice and pleasant and I spent my time in the espresso bar which overlooks the 5 lube stations so I knew what the mechanics were doing while I was drinking my coffee and reading a newspaper.
Since my first experience I’ve been back there a couple of times for 2 car washes. They used to have a location on the Upper East Side which I remembered and has moved to this current location on the border of Manhattan and Riverdale.
The only reason that I did not give them 5 stars was because it might be a hassle for some people to get there but it’s well worth the drive. A good and reliable mechanic is really hard to come by.
So if you’re looking for a one stop shop in Manhattan for all your car care needs I would highly recommend Broadway Bridge Wash and Lube.
