I never went there for a cleaning just for heming and getting my shirts tailored and the tailor was amazing. Unfortunately, I just went there today and the whole place is vacated. They are closed for business… If anyone can find a forwarding address that would be great! Thanks.

STAY AWAY if you like your clothes.
Like many other reviewers on here, I’d give them one star if I could. Let me preface this with the fact that my boyfriend and I have been using them for over four years for both dry cleaning and wash and fold services, and in the last two years, we’ve noticed multiple stains that weren’t originally there on towels, t-​shirts and other items. We didn’t complain because it was usually just ounge-​around clothing, but we had also been noticing a longer lag in the return time – both our wash and fold and dry cleaning have taken up to a WEEK AND A HALF to get back to us. One time, they returned our wash and fold to us with the bag tied up but NONE of the clothing had been washed. Ridiculous.
However, the event that prompted this review was the fact that we sent our laundry out for wash and fold and dry cleaning as usual; we got our laundry back a week later, and never got our dry cleaning. We called, asked them where our clothes were, and we were told that they didn’t have it. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, we were told that they did not know where our clothes were and it was probably our doorman’s fault because he gave it to the wrong guy. First of all, our doorman has NEVER made a mistake like that, and second, what kind of customer service is that? Sure, blame it on someone else. I had two dresses worth 200+ that I had only worn once and will never see again, and the bf had multiple suits and shirts.
Shame on us for continuing to use them despite all the horrible service issues in the past – we’ll never make that mistake again.

I go there quite often. They’re cleaning is average, but their customer service is great. They know my name and greet me nicely every time I am there.

This place has really, really gone down hill. They were never a great cleaners but reliable for basic items. They are very conveniently located to me so I have been going to them for two years but lately the service (both the dry cleaning and the customer service) has gotten so bad that I will never go back there again. I have never written a Unilocal review before but I was so appauled by this place that I felt I had to warn people. The last few items I took here were either ruined and could not be fixed or were returned to me just as stained and dirty as they were prior to cleaning. When I asked them for a refund (since I was going to have to take the items elsewhere now to be cleaned) they only offered a credit. I then asked to speak to a manager or the owner. They said no one was available, but they would call me back. They didn’t, and I had to call multiple times and finally go into the store myself. They finally gave me a refund but had the gall to tell me that they didn’t know if I could come back because they can’t keep giving me back money. I have ONLY asked for a refund on two items they either ruined or couldn’t clean. The total amount I asked to be refund for the two items was $ 42 which was very little considering how much I have spent there over the last two years. BOTTOM LINE: NOT ONLY IS THIS PLACE TERRIBLE AT DRY CLEANING, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OFFENSIVELY BAD.

too bad zero stars is not an option! don’t ever go here unless you want to have your clothes for a formal event ruined by the so-​called «expert» tailor. My friend will be reporting them to the BBB in attempts to get her money back for a ruined gown.
