Worked with Julian and Carlos to get my group of 10+ set up for a birthday event for grad students. They were super flexible and able to accommodate our group. Their staff was extremely friendly, very professional, and you couldn’t ask for a better group of people to icebreak within different circles of friends. It was a great time, and I, and others in our group, would absolutely do it again!

I usually don’t write reviews on Unilocal but I felt compelled to after my experience with the BubbleBall team at Roosevelt Island. We arrived early enough to watch the group before us finish up and were greeted by very friendly and accommodating staff who taught us how to safely wear the bubbles and also about a number of games we could play. It was really easy to get in the balls and the staff ran that ran our games really added the experience. I can’t wait to come back for more smashing!

I reserved at Roosevelt Island for my daughters birthday. The staff was super friendly. The balls came is 3 different sizes so it was easy to find the perfect fit each child. The kids had so much fun that they are still talking about it 3 months after the event. They should have these in high school for gym class.
